The facilities and comfort at the hotel were up to the mark. The staff were friendly, especially the Sri Lankan gentleman (unfortunately, we forgot his name) at the reception during the night shift—he was extremely helpful. Note: Water bottles were only provided to us when the Sri Lankan gentleman was at the reception. When someone else was on duty, our calls to the reception were completely ignored. Please take this into consideration.

Everything. Location, breakfast food, cleanliness, environment, staff. It really worth the value for money. It is very nice environment. I would recommend others.

Late night club music which has spoilt our sleeping. I mean the Pub or the Disco they play very loud music till 3:30 am or till 4:30 am. I had literally call to reception to stop them. We has a guest should not have the uncomforting in sleeping in the night.

We will get back to you as soon as possible. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and daily cleaning service. The valet parking was great. All staff are helpful and polite. For breakfast, there is a lot of food from which you can choose. It was a great experience at this hotel and I recommend it.

The staff were EXCELLENT.. I especially liked the prompt door service, the speed of checking in , the smiling professional receptionsist/bookings clerk, and the restaurant manager who handled a busy breakfast service with an eye for detail for his guests and gentle but firm management of some younger staff members...there was a mix of cultural and ethnic diversities which he managed extremely well, ensuring o one was left out and everyone had what they needed for their comfort..

Reall, it was unfortunate that when I arrived there had been a big thunderstorm so the route to the hotel was flooded with about a meter of water..Once I arrived I could see all around the hotel was alot of building works which made the immediate vicinity feel like a building site! The roof top view was especially disappointing, but there was a terrific view of the QE2 which was nice..

great staff, always helpful, very good breakfast with fruits, sweets and a variety of meals. The room was clean, good size and with enough facilities.

not quite a 4 stars bathroom(a little small and i believe it needed some renovation), the room was part of an apartment and you had a transition door(locked) to the other room but you can hear everything of what the others were talking.

We stayed for almost a month: April 1 - April 27. The location was good for getting anywhere we needed to go. The staff was friendly, extremely helpful, and we were treated as special guests. There is nothing they wouldn't do for us. Our housekeeper, Arjun, went above and beyond our expectations, always being professional, treating us with respect, and doing a great job.. He is to be commended for his friendliness and job expertise. We certainly recommend Seaview to all travelers and will stay again if we ever return to Dubai.

There was some sort of night club either in the building or very close and the "thump-thumping" music was irritating until around 4 AM. Fortunately, it was not so loud to prevent sleeping, but it was pretty annoying regardless. We never complained and did not find out the source.

the hotel is good for its price and also the location.

i didnt like some of the staff especially the one in the reception. they are quite arrogant and disrespectful. RUDE

The room was clean. Good variety at the breakfast hall. There is a pool, gym, spa and steam bath. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Very good value for money.

At the moment lots of road works going on in the area. The traffic can be horrendous and is bit far from mall and burj Khalifa.

The face or the front of the hotel will sell more if renovated.when I got out of the taxi,I was telling my husband that what is the star rate of the hotel but when I entered,the impression different .nice place to be and it’s close to our cruise ship

Breakfast assortment could be better for a 4-star hotels. Some 3-stars easily beat it. Same tasteless sausages every morning, no other option for meat.
