Worst housekeeping I want to mention some name his name was denny from housekeeping had a lot attitude he doesn't know how to talk someone Darryl i called him for water he told me to contact with reception staff room was not clean every time i called for something they took 1 hour not happy with housekeeping staff and services

The staff were very good..Rico at reception especially. Very friendly and helpful in all things .. many places to eat and drink nearby within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good the only thing i would mark it down is that some of the main attractions of dubai are slightly further then previous hotels I have stayed in..although I would definitely stay here again.

Hello to all travelers my name is Carlos Reyes and I’ve spent a little more than two weeks at the ascot hotel In Dubai And let me tell you it was a wonderful experience to be in a great nice clean and well located hotel at the Indian community of Dubai At the front desk, you’re going to find Narges Jona and Nishe three adorable professional, and always with a smile, ladies that will welcome you at all times at your arrival and your departure Your room will be always nice and clean since Roman will be always taking care of every single detail on your room If you are a swimmer, Sangam at the swimming pool will keep the pool, nice clean and warm for your daily activities Food was delicious with an exquisite Indian menu and Adeel will welcome you to enjoy breakfast !!! As a general review is an excellent hotel with excellent people and you will be happy

As a vegetarian, dining out in Bur Dubai was an excellent choice during our stay at Ascot Hotel. This was our first visit to this hotel, and the service we received exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Samsudeen, Abdul, the entire front desk staff, front door security, and the in-house restaurant for their outstanding hospitality. The hotel was clean and immaculate, making it an excellent choice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in future and highly recommend it. Well done, 10/10!
