Worst housekeeping I want to mention some name his name was denny from housekeeping had a lot attitude he doesn't know how to talk someone Darryl i called him for water he told me to contact with reception staff room was not clean every time i called for something they took 1 hour not happy with housekeeping staff and services

The staff were very good..Rico at reception especially. Very friendly and helpful in all things .. many places to eat and drink nearby within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good the only thing i would mark it down is that some of the main attractions of dubai are slightly further then previous hotels I have stayed in..although I would definitely stay here again.

I’d especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the reception team — , Imtiaz, Arif, Mohit, and Nishi Each of them went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always warm, courteous, and attentive to any request I had, offering assistance with genuine smiles and a high level of efficiency. It’s clear that they truly care about guest satisfaction, and their team spirit and dedication really stood out. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, but what really made the experience memorable was the incredible staff. I highly recommend Ascot Hotel to anyone visiting the area — you’ll be in great hands!

As a vegetarian, dining out in Bur Dubai was an excellent choice during our stay at Ascot Hotel. This was our first visit to this hotel, and the service we received exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to Samsudeen, Abdul, the entire front desk staff, front door security, and the in-house restaurant for their outstanding hospitality. The hotel was clean and immaculate, making it an excellent choice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in future and highly recommend it. Well done, 10/10!

From the moment I walked through the elegant lobby doors, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The staff at Ascot Hotel were exceptional, particularly Sajana Afreen, who delivered top-notch service with genuine smiles. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Whether I needed assistance with my luggage or recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to help with enthusiasm and professionalism. The room was comfortable. The hotel's central location made exploring the surrounding area a breeze, with key attractions, shopping, and dining options within easy reach. In conclusion, my stay at Ascot Hotel was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and a prime location make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent hotel experience.

The initial room assignment was unsatisfactory. Following a conversation with Sajana Afreen at the front desk, the room was promptly changed to address the issue.

The location of the hotel is the prime attraction. It is very near to all required like metro station, easy access to taxis, near by restaurants, baqala, and more. The room is clean, calm and free from torturing noises from downstair live entertainments. The hotel has got 2 level parking which is not available in some hotels in deira. It is nearby to meena bazar which is good for exploring various indian businessess including textile, small scale retails. Meena bazaar nearby has got some renowned south indian restaurant like saravanan bhavan, Aryaas, Sangeetha and a few more to name. The pool is excellent and Mr. Sangam assisted us with providing necessary guidance.

The time taken to check-in at the night time with family was a bit more concern. The room was booked but it was not reflected in the hotel's system. Mr. Rico at the reception intervened and provided us with the upgraded room.

I was very pleased with this hotel.First of all it was very easy to find and only took less than 10 minutes to walk to from Al Ghubaiba bus station.It was also easy and quick to walk to the lively Al Fahidi neighbourhood.The hotel has a lot of character and was very comfortable and cosy.My room was huge and well equipped.The staff, especially Faisal and Nishi were great.The price is excellent too.I would definitely stay here again.

Property is based in Bur Dubai close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Hotel itself has all the facilities one would expect. Staff is also really courteous and professional such as Kshitij at front desk, Anita in the Fisherman's pub and Sangam by the pool to name a few.

There was a weird smell in the toilet which lasted a few minutes each morning.
