The staff was fantastic. We felt special with the care and attention that the staff put in from the get go. The check in process, movement of luggage to our room, cleaners, room service and most of the staff at the breakfast. The staff was attentive to our needs and provided prompt courteous service. I was travelling with aged parents. Adeel, Abbas and Zain made them feel at home at breakfast. Well done to the staff at Hyatt! The location of the hotel is very accessible and the super market nearby was a nice bonus.

There was no quiet space for work calls which would a big bonus in this day and age. There could be more seating space in the lobby. The pool hours should be extended as was too hot even after the sun set.

The staff was amazing, everyone was beyond polite. The food was very good, both breakfast and dinner. It was mainly Asian influenced cuisine, but we got the chance to try new dishes. The staff were very attentive with our allergies and they always made sure to inform us in advance of the ingredients. The cleaning staff made a great job every single day, everything was sparkling all the time. They changed our bedsheets daily, which was a very nice bonus. The gym is very well stacked with gear and kits. The hotel has a coffee bar behind the Reception, it's called Roastery Station. That's where I had the best coffee in my life. If you are there, try the manual brew, and if you are lucky to be on Mohammed's shift, take the time to see how he prepares the coffee, it's from another world.

The apartment we stayed in did not have a balcony. The ventilation in the bathrooms did not work. The hotel only provided two small soaps per bathroom. The pool is rather small for the size of the hotel. However, none of the points above spoiled our stay and they were insignificant compared to the things we liked. We will return for sure.

Very clean hotel. Housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast has a good variety and good timing. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Very close to all attractions so good to get taxi or bolt. Family friendly hotel. Has a lovely spa reasonably priced. Lots of little areas that you can relax in. Has a really big supermarket below and Children playground across road.

There was a nightclub below our room which was obviously loud at night but didn’t bother me too much. Swimming pool very small and in the shade so no sunbathing.

Excellent staff, service, breakfast, size of rooms, simply everything. I have spent many years working in a hospitality around the world. Staff in Hyatt was always helpful with a smile on their face. Management should thank them regularly because they do amazing work. I have already sent my recomendation to my friends who are planning the trip to Dubai.

Unfortunately, my bed was way too soft. This is the only thing but that is my preference and my friends enjoyed sleeping well.

our favourite option in Dubai when we travel with a big family. we rented apartment with 2 bedrooms, it was spacious, fully equipped. there is a lovely playground behind the building, nice supermarket in the building. cheap breakfast compared to other hotels in Dubai

it is preferable to have a car or use Uber if you rent in this location.

Checkin process is horrible , No support from reception and person in charge to resolve the issue. Handling the Customer Issues is really poor and pathetic.

Breakfast was awesome and was not monotonous. The staff were all very friendly apart from 1 lady at the spa. She was chit chatting with a young guy who was behind the desk . Date was 27th and it was around 6pm ish. I stopped by to enquire about their services and the young lad at the desk said "Yes?". So I started asking about their services and rates and the female staff interrupted and said "Can't you see I am talking? Am I not a human being? You should let me finish my conversation then ask". I apologised and left, but I was fuming. The sad part is that we were 5 of us who would have used your spa services and because of that incident I never went back. Unfortunately, the spa lost out on good business. You are in a customer related business and for you "Customer is King" even when they are wrong. In this instance that wasn't even the case. I brought this to your attention so that a repeat performance does not happen with another client. Just one staff can ruin the reputation of your place. Staff should be trained to be polite at all times. In fact, I went in because the young lad welcomed me to inquire. At no point did he intervene as well.

It is a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay there for 3 nights in the 2-bedroom apartment at a reasonable price. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff (Especially I thank Mr. Shameer for helping me to rearrange my shuttle bus reservations), very kind and friendly restaurant staff, a very clean and comfortable room and facilities, a great gym that is open 24 hours. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Overall it was beyond our expectations. I would consider it again to stay on our next trip to Dubai.

The pool water needs to be changed as it was not very clean this time.

The place is very clean and upscale, the area is upscale in a new residential complex in Jumeirah, there is a grocery store and a supermarket near the hotel, the facilities provide excellent services and the staff are very cooperative, valet parking is available as well as parking spaces for guests only, I enjoyed my stay here very much and I will definitely repeat this experience in the future, in short, value for money and it is even more than that

The location was superb. It was accessible to all the primary tourist spots with in 15 mins reach by taxi. We booked an apartment and it was quite comfortable for a family with 2 kids. Breakfast was adequate with decent cuisines. Staff were very helpful. Wifi was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at this place as it was more like a home.

The only minus point We saw was the room service. You ask for any amenity like water/tooth brush/towel/shower gel etc, it was delivered, but had to wait for at least 30 mins before it gets delivered from the time you call. I did not under stand why it took them so long. I raised this point to the front desk also, but no use. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about this place.
