It was our anniversary and we enjoyed our stay at Chelsea plaza hotel .The location is good and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

I didn't like the carpets in the room looked I little bit old.

Breakfast is too monotonous. They could do with variety, the non vegetarian selection is boring

The safe box was out of battery at check in that they solved. After one day it was locked and could not be opened. Two kind guys destroyed it to be able to get access to my belongings. Administration should have left a key to be able to open the safe without me waiting for two hours. I was there for business and my time was very limited. I did not see any sign of regret for what happened in administration. They wasted two hours of my time.

We were there to attend Gitex so the hotel was located close so one can even walk to the venue (almost 25 min walk) if the requirement occurs as traffic is a mess during that time. There were restaurants and shops close by that you could go to and have food and do some shopping. The room size, bathroom, bed comfort and other facilities were quite good for the price we paid. The cleanliness was also good. There were 4-5 bars and restaurants inside as well that you could visit.

The lobby could have been made more cosy and the lift definitely needs replacement.

The staff were very accommodating they became like family to us want to give a special thanks to the bell boys Ramadan, abdullah, ravneet, santosh & the reception man Milan & a special thanks to the manager Rafi who made our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to the valet staff and security - rafiq chacha, Kashif, ali & rab Nawaz.

Room were good, but maintenance was not up to date a bit, things were getting old. But overall a comfortable and very good place to stay in budget.

The check-in process, there check-in timing are from 12pm to 2pm, but even informing and booking before hand through booking.com, I had to wait 2 hours for the room to check in, its unpleasant to wait in lobby so long after a long flight journey even when you have a pre-booking

Very convenient location, valet parking and a rock band on the second floor... excellent place.

At this price level you can't complain. Possibly a little noisy in the room.

Wonderful wonderful view, spacious room, very kind and welcoming staff, clean lovely pool. The area around the hotel has really affordable restaurants with great food. We loved it here.

They have some problems with towels. We had one for the whole family on arrival and they took even that one during cleaning. We had to ask almost every day for towels, really strange.

The staff was realy nice and was there for you when you need it. The hairdresser at the hotel was realy realy good so if you need an haircut i strongly recomend it. The breakfeast bufeet isnt the same everyday some dishes change and some stay like the chicken sausage. Remember you can also order other dishes included with your breakfeast, like poached egg or ommelete. There is also huge variation of foods to choose from the menus. 10/10 :)

The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view out the window was pretty nice. The staff was very courteous and offered to help if we needed it.

There were no available outlets for our phone chargers. The lighting was good but It would have been nice to turn some of the lights off individually. There was no video signal on the TVs. Our room was located 3 floors above the hookah bar and we could hear the muffled sound of the music. It made it a little rough to sleep.
