My stay was truly enjoyable, and Jumeirah exceeded expectations. The location was outstanding, making everything easily accessible, and the nearby restaurants added to the convenience and pleasure of the trip. From the comfort of the room to the quality of service, everything contributed to a memorable experience.

The only downside was the outdated furniture, which could use some renewal. Additionally, the behavior of the security staff and reception was disappointing and needs improvement.

The property has big size spacious rooms with the most reasonable price. Staff was welcoming. On the 5th floor Thea from Myanmar was an excellent room service staff who often cleaned my room and made bear 🐻 out of towels on my bed that I liked. I have clicked a photo with Thae and have attached.

The free internet connection is a little disturbing. Sometimes you can’t do your office tasks. However they have two paid internet options which are on hourly basis for any urgent official tasks.

Very spacious room with modern bathroom, walk in shower, smart TV and large cupboard space. We were on the 5th floor which had a massage centre and swimming pool. The breakfast was nice, great coffee and you can order eggs how you like them. you can book activities such as theme parks and desert safaris in the lobby. Location was good, about 10 mins taxi to Dubai mall which costs £5-£8 depending on traffic and around 15-20 mins from the airport. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we felt it was good value for money.

The first night we were put into a room that had a strong stench of smoke as there were no other rooms available at the time. This was really disappointing and made it difficult to sleep due to the smell. Later in the day however one of the hotel managers Mohsin saved the day and found us a lovely new non smoking room on the top floor.

Very accommodating staff especially the reception and housekeeping They accommodated our needs and go extra mile to meet our demands

Flush in the main bathroom wasn’t working Valet guy (according to the security was just a reliever) - he reprimanded me because he though I wasn’t a guest of the hotel because I cam from outside when I gave him the valet ticket. He should have asked me first if I am a hotel guest because telling me unnecessary things. Not so good customer service

The time i arive the bell man took my luggage and he welcome me , Mr Husin at the reception he also welcomed me and do fast check in with nice room In 1 word avrey thing was on its place from staff and the hotel . Thankyou all

There wasn’t any thing i didn’t like , well maybe the buffet was. Sum food i didn’t like but thats fine its a personal choice

The room was spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and supportive. They have 24/7 room service, and they serve real quick. Market with all kinds of stuff is nearby, which is very handy. I requested a late checkout, and they gave an extra 2 hours in free. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location doesn't have a metro station nearby. Things look close on map but can take a lot of time due to traffic.

The stuff are fantastic. They need only to improve in cleaning the rooms properly. And the bath tub is very high and convinient for kids and people with disability.

The swimmingpool and the staffs willingness to help was fantastic.

I have been using this hotel for many years when I come to the World Trade Center for work. It is not attached to the exhibition center but with 15-20 dirams and 10 minutes by taxi (with traffic) you are at the fair. Excellent price/quality. Very kind staff and always available at any time

Due to a change of management, the SPA-massage center was not available, which was a shame

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The service was amazing, and the whole experience felt truly special. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was outstanding. After a long day it was the perfect hidden gem to rest in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb, my room was fabulous and met the requirements i asked for. The perfect place. I would love to visit again. Fabulous place! I just love the Rotana’s experience and quality of service. It never fails!
