Pros: The room was spacious; the bed was very comfortable; the rooftop lounge and pool area were incredible; the clubs on the groundfloor added a great fun factor; and the location and underground parking were very convenient.

Cons: Firstly, as I stayed at the hotel to get some quality rest, I requested a quiet room, yet I was put in a room on the first floor directly facing the elevator. Secondly, the room had a very pungent smell of smoke and dampness, which lasted throughout my stay.

I liked the hotel very much in terms of the reasonable price, the clean rooms, and the clean and complete bathroom. I also liked the reception very much, especially the receptionist Sarra. She was very kind to me and helpful. She helped me make payment before coming when I had difficulty doing so. I recommend this hotel and next time I will choose the same hotel

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, quiet, and offered great value for money. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and peaceful, making it a relaxing place to unwind. From the moment I arrived, the service was smooth and attentive. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast this time, but I’m definitely looking forward to it during my next stay. A special mention to Adil at the reception — he was courteous, professional, and made the check-in experience even more enjoyable.

I noticed two garbage bins in the room, but both were without covers, which I found unusual. Also, it was the first time I saw a bin placed inside the washroom without a cover. It would be more comfortable if the bins had proper lids. Aside from that, everything else was good. All my requests were handled quickly, and the service was efficient. Thank you.

5 Stars – Amazing Hospitality and Friendly Staff! I stayed at Mercure Hotel on July 31 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the front house reception team gave me a warm welcome and excellent service. Their kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism made me feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to give special thanks to the swimming pool lifeguard team – Ravi and Pushpa. They were very attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone at the pool felt safe and comfortable. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out. Thank you to the entire team at Mercure Hotel for such a pleasant and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

The place was clean and tidy from the minute I walked into the reception. The service was great and very responsive. I would like to express my thanking and my gratitude to Mr. Rashed from the management team, who was very helpful and attentive. He was nice enough to upgrade me to a suite, which was incredible and huge. I would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Chrisler (from the philippines) at reception for his positive attitude and cheerful personality. Thank you khoya, and apologies if I misspelt your name.. I stayed for 2 nights, and I really enjoyed my entire stay. Everyone was supportive and friendly from the valet team, reception, and housekeeping. I will definitely come back again soon and hopefully get an upgrade again. Thank you All

The best thing about this hotel is the staff was so kind! Also, they have a free shuttle service to La Mer beach and Dubai Mall which was very useful. Everything is clean, our bathroom had a shower and a tub as well. Even the cheapest room is very big. They also allowed us to leave our suitcases with the concierge on the last day. The room comes with free bottled water which is useful in the heat.

As everything in Dubai, the hotel (including our room) is heavily air conditioned and we were not used to the cold as Europeans. We had to switch it off entirely. Also when they changed the dirty towels, they only changed one of the two which we did not understand.

My room was on the 1st floor, so Little noise from the nightclub was up to 3am.

Great location, close to the Frame and to old Dubai, and to Dubai airport. Nice lobby. Friendly staff, fast check in. Opportunity to leave the luggage in a closed storage before check in / after check out. There are multiple supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Bathroom is big in the family room and well-equipped.

I've booked for 3 people, but the room was only set up for 2 (staff sent extra bed linen, sheet and blanket after asking). The hotel operates a night club on the ground floor, and we could hear its noise even on the 3rd floor. The furnitures are a bit old and outdated. The hotel is a superb 3 star house, but as per my opinion does not reach 4 star level.

All the Reception team are the best, they never fail to exceed my expectations honestly every and each one of them is exceptional in his own way , Ms Shuchita the front office manager she is the best leader she just makes the team stronger with her immaculate energy , Mr Rashed helped me alot during my stay he is so genuine and caring , I would like to thank Mr ghaly also for his cooperation, support and effort. and of course Mr Shubham for the work he's doing, he always makes sure everyone is happy and satisfied he is so loving, they all take good care of guests They are one of the best team leaders in the hospitality industry. I will never forget your exceptional service and care. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
