the following are negative remarks: with the exception of the location, Wi Fi, and breakfast, nothing was good. From day one , There was a very bad smell in room 331, I informed the front desk and they promised to fix it; however, nothing was done at all. From day one; on the 14th of June 2025, I informed the front desk that my room 333 had no fridge, but they did not do anything about it at all. I also informed the front office that it was very humid in our rooms 331, 333 ,and that the AC was not working, again nothing was done about it , ad I asked to talk the manager of the hotel, or his assistant, they told us no one was available; a complete case of irresponsibility. No one cared at all about our complaints, not a bit. All of the above left bad thought about the hotel. I can understand that at that that time , the hotel was full; nevertheless, if the hotel can offer its residents steady, good services when it is full, then they should not accept any more customers. Sincerely, I stayed at Capitol hill before4 or 5 years before, it was just excellent, and that is why I brought my wife with to stay there again; however we were absolutely dissatisfied with the issues I explained above, and that is why , we decided not to stay at Capitol hotel anymore, and we relayed to our friends and relatives what what happened with we stayed there. The irresponsibility. The front desk din not comply with our complaints about the very bad smell in room 331, the lack of a fridge in room 333, the very high humidity in rooms 331, and 333 during the last 4 days. I had a feeling the front desk workers just did not care because there was nothing done to solve the issues we reported. The manager , and his assistants were not available at the time we made our complaints to the front office, or at least, that is what we ere told by the front office workers. Absolute irresponsibility. my wife and I decided not to stay at Capitol hotel in our future visits to Dubai.

Location was great with access to many bus stops and a shopping street plus eateries. The breakfast option was great too. I also loved the check in and checkout process and timings. We got rooms with a connecting door which worked perfectly for our family since we had kids.

The place can get a bit stuffy for non smokers and housekeeping kept forgetting to give bathroom mats. It would help at the point of booking to declare the breakfast requirements and extra costs if any. When we got to the hotel we were told breakfast would only be for 3 people. We were lucky though because the lady who received us pushed for complementary breakfast for the other 2

No issues with noise (as reported in other reviews). I stayed Tuesday to Friday. All staff were helpful, polite and courteous. The gym was OK. Restaurants and bars were good. Breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate with something for all tastes. Overall a pleasant stay

Very nice and clean location. Very big room and clean modern bathroom with super speed shower. Extremely Large LC TV. Free minibar with water and soft drinks. Free snacks and very tasty food! Room cleaning was twice per day. Very soft and large big bed with 6 pillows. Breathtaking view to Jumeirah. A lot of hot nigt clubs in the hotel with spicy beautiful girls until 5:00 AM. Infinity pool with modern coctail bar with sunset view. Very cosy finland and Turkish sauna with modern spa and latest technology fitness center! Thank you for everything!

I like the team work of the hotel special the front disc manager " Mr. Amjed" where his professional to deal with hotel guests by himself. In addition to that the reception of front disc.special Mrs. Anna & Miss. Queen. Where they deal with me by very professional way. The room service hosts under phone extension (5) where they are very professional when the bring my breakfast to my room . Thank you true.

The location was great. The rooms were spacious enough and nicely decorated. The amenities were decent, beds and mattresses quite soft and comfy and the toiletries quite pleasant.

The phones were not working in one of the rooms. There were not enough or wellspaced power outlets and separate switches were not there for the different appliances. The AC control was also a bit iffy. Inspite of us turning off the AC since checkin, the room was so cold till checkout.

The best thing in the hotel is Mr. Amjed, hotel manager, his attitude is excellent manager

Reception Philippines girls, doesn't have experience to deal with guests. Special new girl Philippines attitude doesn't know how's to deal with guests special they use their own language without any respect the guests. I think they need to training. Or change to different national to have good challenge in work.

The best part is the courteous Staff :Right from Ladies at reception + Haider (Luxury Taxi guy) + Husain (the Bell Boy) + The manager etc. The amenitites and proximity to nearby areas is what a family wants: Nesto, Pharmacy, all types of restaurants, proximity to Downtown and Burj Khalifa everything is a dream come true. Another best is free vallet parking (2 Sardarji's exceptional service)

The teamwork building in operation starting from Hotel Manager "Mr. Amjed", Reception "Miss Mary morning shift & Miss Jean night shift ", Service staff, Housekeeping, .........etc

Water in bathroom special wash hand basinet is weak pressure + TV Channels doesn't cover many important channels in Middle east, Picture quality doesn't good pictures & channel in paper list doesn't matching with actual Channels.

Front disc reception team are excellent team & room service.

Elevator from packing area to floors has mush activities from all different types of people workers in hotel + guests too. It should be the hotel management find solution to this case
