Very kind staff, especially at breakfast and the lovely Robina at reception. Well designed rooms, good location within walking distance from the World Trade Centre metro and Shiekh Zayed Road.

Breakfast was surprisingly bad for a Marriott. I unfortunately paid for it in advance for all 5 nights of my stay but got an upset stomach the first day (and it was the only thing I ate that day). Also when I ordered room service the food was good but the cutlery was not properly washed, so I have some concerns about the hygiene in their kitchen.

A special mention goes to Rihab, whose kindness and attentiveness truly elevated our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure our family felt comfortable, cared for, and celebrated. Her warm smile, proactive support, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed — it’s rare to come across such heartfelt service. The rooms were pristine, the ambience calming, and the staff always eager to help. Whether it was arranging early morning requests or guiding us through local tips, the experience felt personal and tailored. Our entire family left feeling overjoyed and deeply grateful. The hotel was excellent, good value for money and very convenient. We were warmly welcomed by the Rabina upon arrival, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. She was attentive, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. Everything was explained clearly, and they ensured we were settled without any hassle. Her friendly attitude set a positive tone for our stay — a true example of excellent hospitality!

Room service floor cleaning can be improved. One could see dust on the edges underneath the bed. They only mopped visible spots. The generally tidy can be improved - just putting things in place not only bed making. If you could kneel down underneath bed - it was different, one could actually see dust. Otherwise, I was happy with the hotel set up💯

We had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott World Trade Centre, Dubai, as a family. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with great service and amenities. Breakfast at Cosmic Kitchen was excellent, with plenty of variety. We were looked after by Saurav and Jewel, who provided warm and attentive service. At dinner, we met Prashant, who was also very professional and friendly. Thanks to Jhimli for her help during our stay, and a special shoutout to Adell at reception, who was outstanding, always welcoming and efficient. Adell and Saurav truly stood out for their exceptional hospitality. While we didn’t use the rooftop pool, we really enjoyed spending time at the lobby lounge, which was a great spot to relax. Overall, a wonderful, family-friendly hotel with excellent food, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back!

Unforgettable Stay at Courtyard by Marriott I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott from July 28 to August 4 on a half-board basis, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. The food and catering were amazing—every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hospitality throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the room service was outstanding—always prompt, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to the entire team especially Samir & Emon in the restaurant and Mary ٫Robina and Robin at the reception, their attention to detail, warmth, and dedication truly made my stay unforgettable. I look forward to coming back again soon!

Excellent breakfast. Great hotel. Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel.

Some noisy guests in adjacent rooms kept me up at night. Sound travels easily between rooms. During summer months, you cannot walk outside as there is nothing within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everyone working here was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The staff in the restaurant were especially wonderful—attentive, polite, and made us feel very welcome every day. We arrived early in the morning after a long trip, and they immediately organized everything so we could check in comfortably. They even arranged an extra bed for our daughter without any fuss. Overall, the team’s warm attitude and excellent service really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuinely kind and helpful staff!

Excellent location. Super close to the metro and very easy to access main locations (burj khalifa 10-15 minutes only). Excellent staff. Always super friendly. Received complimentery breakfast, which was super kind of them! Special thanks to robina, who helped me on various topics and is an excellent employee! Also want to give thanks to Agnes and Prasad, super friendly all the time. Totally recommend staying here. Stayed at a 5 star hotel before coming here and honestly this hotel was so much more worth considering price/value and friendliness of the staff.

Nothing to complain about

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. After returning to the UAE after two years, I booked this place without even considering other options—and I’m glad I did. The hotel’s service, infrastructure, and food all reaffirmed that my choice was absolutely worth it. I first stayed here in 2023 and received exceptional service. Although the same staff weren’t present this time, the current team maintained the same friendly, helpful atmosphere. The hotel is in great condition—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the service matched the quality of the meals. Special thanks to: • Adel at the front office, who handled my check-in and continued to be helpful throughout my stay. • Sourav at the main restaurant (Cosmic Kitchen), who served with a warm smile and ensured guests’ needs were always met with care. • Robina, who provided a quick, smooth checkout along with a detailed printed bill. • The room service staff (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get), who delivered meals efficiently. • Hamidu, who handled my luggage with care and courtesy. Overall, it was a truly pleasant 4-night stay.

the only downside was my experience with taxi bookings made through the hotel lobby. Choosing this option instead of using a ride-hailing app didn’t pay off. A communication error between the front desk supervisor and the driver led to a detour that extended a 15–20 minute trip by over 15 minutes. As a result, I ended up paying around 20% more than expected. If you need plenty of space for bags, I recommend considering that aspect when selecting a standard room. As a solo traveler, the space was sufficient for me.

The place felt like Home, The staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming, Starting from the Reception Tohfa helped us a lot to settle in he was very friendly and very kind he is an asset to the Hotel , also Adell was also very welcoming and friendly from the front office , The food was also very good and the restaurant staff Sameh and Prashant was also very helpful and they were very nice people , Israfel from the baggage service was also really helpful and he handled our heavy baggage very safely , Over all 10/10 experience, Will definitely recommend and stay a again , The location is very peaceful as well , I came to a Hotel and left a Home ❤️🥂
