Location, healthy environment, clean, the pool

The staff is new, they should provide the facilities (consultants, spinning classes, yoga, etc). No one tell us about this, I haven’t tried them all, I just know About the consultants from social media. I think the reception and staff should introduce this properly.

Front of house staff very young and not trained adequate to meet the standard of O&O!! Staff needs to be trained in what they do and so post to know what they have available to sell ! Mid-level pool was closed :-(

Room and facilities were fantastic. Really nice garden pool.

Have to change lifts a lot to get places, didn’t have a great experience at the aelia restaurant, also the main pool (the big infinity pool) has been outsourced so even hotel guests had to pay 500aed to use it on a Sunday.

1) the protector in the room was bad idea very bright at night and very dim in the day. 2) the elevator idea you have to ride the first elevator which takes you to the 30th floor (and this is only one elevator not multiple), then change elevators to go to your floor which is very hard if you forget something and want to go back and get it. 3) why we cannot call housekeeping directly and have to ask reception as was told by in-room dining operator. 4) there is no business center in case a guest wants to use a pc or print something. 5) coffee machine can be a better brand 6) no small espresso cups in the room 7) confusing proctor remote and tv remote.

Everything was great , I enjoyed my stay and the facilities in the hotel I did need to get out I had all fitness facilities and the great pool their, the staff even made my stay better

I didn’t lijke the breakfast area and the restaurant I already paid for breakfast and they treated us like we are having food for free I didn’t like the atmosphere of the restaurant it seemed low class compared to the hotel If I knew about it I would’ve chose breakfast with my room I prefer going to any other many restaurants they had in the hotel than this one I had an awful experience

How friendly the staff were. Also the fact classes were included in our stay meant we pushed ourselves to do as many as possible. Amazing location and the perfect wellness focused staycation. We honestly had the best girls trip and loved the massage chairs and “zen room”

Booked last minute for 5 days and did not regret it. The hotel is about a year old now and they are certainly getting everything spot on. SIRO benefits from the One&Only level of service and feel, while being less expensive and fancy pants. The gym, spa and wellness focus is an obvious highlight but the rooms are next level comfortable and relaxing. The attention to detail is impressive. Breakfast for SIRO guests is very impressive and room service food options healthy and reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Shout out to Michael the GM who always said hi at breakfast and asked for feedback. Also Siddiqui in the gym, top man.

We could hear a bit of building works going on at the changing rooms but they immediately offered to move our room. So this is in fact a compliment to the team.

I had a great stay at SIRO One Za’abeel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The gym is truly exceptional—probably the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a nice variety of restaurants on-site. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

The pool at The Link was under maintenance during my stay. There is another pool available, but I was really hoping to try that one. the in-room projector setup is a creative idea, but watching from the bed felt a bit too close, and the sound system wasn’t very clear.

I loved everything! The room was perfect, spacious comfortable, ergonomic and beautiful views. The bathroom was stunning, and the toilet which was totally automated and had every button you could think of. The gym is massive and the spa is nice. And I have not even gotten to the swimming pools yet! The garden pool is gorgeous, I could have stayed there all day. But the infinity pool is next level stunning, breathtaking. And the staff, particularly Riri and Rita. Thank you for an incredible experience.
