- housekeeping did a fantastic job, but kept forgetting to replenish the coffee stirrers daily though other things like sugar, teabags, coffee etc were replenished. - wifi is a bit spotty once in a while, like very very less chance of issues, but in 5 days maybe 2-3 times at night.

Everything except the parking. I was promised a car space with access card which has not available. I have asked them to provide access card but it’s not forthcoming. They are asking me to pay 50 dirhams per day for valet and they said they will refund but this is not convenient and the valet want to charge me 50 dirhams each time. The QStay team need to come here and purchase another access card immediately it only takes an hour!!!

His presence at both arrival and departure has been a constant over the past two years, and his dedication never goes unnoticed. Dilesh truly sets the tone for a memorable and welcoming stay. A special shoutout also goes to the exceptional housekeeping team led by Supervisor Sandeep. I’ve been here for almost two weeks now, and I can genuinely say the cleanliness has reached impressive standards. Deepa, Samjhana, and Bishnu — the hardworking individuals behind the scenes — go above and beyond to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail, helpful attitude, and tireless effort reflect true professionalism and pride in their work. Sandeep, in particular, deserves recognition for his outstanding leadership and customer service. His responsiveness and willingness to cater to every housekeeping need with a smile is commendable. Thank you to the entire team for making each stay consistently comfortable, clean, and welcoming. You all play a vital role in making this place feel like a second home.

The apartment was spacious and had good facilities being the club with bar , restaurant and pool , the food was excellent at the bar restaurant so must have a decent chef. All the staff from housekeeping ( Giovind the supervisor , Bijay and Rajan) provided exceptional service with a smile, Also the pool bar staff , Tony and team worked extremely hard to look after us , absolutely faultless hospitality! Esham on reception again very accommodating.

Hallways leading up to the rooms were a bit dark and dated so could do with an uplift, Also the lounge area inside the apartment was a bit basic and could do with some new sofas and chairs to make it a bit more sumptuous. Concierge were not that great, not very helpful in ordering a taxi and not very knowledgeable about where to go out or anything, this needs addressing .

Very good location - few steps from metro station; reliable wifi included; little bit old room equipment (not totally old, and very usable today still); nice swimming pool with bar and surrounding area; we didn't have breakfast (there were some various options on nearby streets - cafees, etc). Very good windows (keep silence inside).

The water stream in shower wasn't too strong, could be really better. Oh, we didn't have hair-dryer in our apt either.

Best value for money in the center of the city. You walk 2-3 minutes to World Trade Centre metro station which is a direct line to the airport, 2 metro stations away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall and possible to get to Palm Jumeirah quite easy. You can find it easily, close to shops and places to eat. We were there for a night, did not have time to check the pool. The hotel looks nice, the room is big, although with a small window and bed is comfortable. The big plus is they have a 24h reception and they stored our luggage after check out because we had a late flight.

The rooms needs a better ventilation system, because it smelled damp, with mildew, although I did not see any mold.

Utensils in the kitchen are really old and must be replaced, especially the non stick cookware and are covered with scratches. Such cookwares are not healthy to use. Housekeeping team needs to do better in terms of cleanlinnes. Utensils are not properly washed. I often found food stuck on pots and spoons. Bathroom is also not thoroughly cleaned and I always have to ask to replace face and hand towels.

The location was amazing. Staff was super friendly and supportive. We forgot something after check out and they were kind enough to coordinate and send it to airport. And best part they followed up by calling us if we have received our parcel. Good breakfast

The pillows were not as fluffy and slim as I like but thats my personal prefference. I could have asked them but we always were coming too late to request anything. The amenities like shaving kits were given when asked not given on its own every day with house keeping
