First of all, The gym is amazing for people like me obsessed with working out almost daily, The restaurant was amazing also, im not a big fan of open buffets but my family enjoyed the variety The staff are amazing, of all them literally All are serving with smile, extremely helpful specially the staff on the outdoor concierge desk, they are amazing young men from africa, they are the best really, they received and returned my Amazon’s order with a smile

Nothing, but maybe the rooms needs little bit updating

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was fresh and varied each morning. There were plenty of options including fruit, pastries, and eggs. It was a great way to start the day.

Most of the on-site facilities, such as the NC, were not included in the stay and came with additional charges—even for guests. The prices for these amenities felt quite high, which made it less appealing to use them. It would have been better if some access or discounts were offered for hotel guests.

As a loyal returning guest, this hotel remains my a place to stay in Dubai. From the warm welcome by the bellboy to the seamless and friendly check-in at the front desk, every interaction feels genuine and professional. The breakfast buffet is well-curated, and the room service and housekeeping teams are truly outstanding—always attentive, polite, and a pleasure to speak with. I also loved the inviting lobby, where I enjoyed relaxing over coffee and meeting interesting people, adding a personal and memorable touch to my stay.

The only thing missing is a loyalty program for returning guests. Introducing one would be the perfect complement to the hotel’s already exceptional hospitality.

From the moment I made the booking until check-out, everything went smoothly and just the way I expected. The whole experience was easy and well-organized, with no issues at all. You can really feel the care and attention to detail from the team. I want to give a special thank you to Maysaa at the front desk she greeted me with such a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away and always offered a help 😊 Later on, Ahmad continued with the same level of great service at checkout super polite and always ready to help with anything. And as always, Manager Maheesh truly stands out. His professionalism and presence always bring a sense of comfort and confidence. Honestly, this hotel remains my top choice not just because of the quality, but because of the people who make it feel like more than just a stay.

From the moment of arrival, I was warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Sultan, whose professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist truly made a difference. He personally guided us toward the elevator and ensured our check-in process was smooth and pleasant. I would also like to commend a trainee receptionist, whose friendly attitude and clear communication added a special touch to our arrival. She welcomed my wife & myself warmly, informed us about the hotel facilities, and kindly mentioned the spa located on the 3rd floor, offering her support whenever needed. Special thanks once again to Ms. Maisaa and Ms. Israa for their outstanding service and attention to detail. Their hospitality was exceptional and contributed greatly to making our stay memorable. The H Dubai Hotel continues to impress with its positive atmosphere, high standards of service, and welcoming environment. a perfect blend for both business travelers and families seeking comfort and enjoyment. The hotel and all the staff were really great and very friendly! I would definitely come back on a next trip to Dubai. Good value for money. Our room was huge with a great view! Also the bed was absolutely amazing! We were half board and I must admit that the dinner was very good! Special thanks to a Restaurant Manager (unfortunately I don't remember his name) who brought dinner to our room with 0 extra charge as we had returned very late from the desert. The hotel needs a good renovation in some parts (mainly the interior decoration), but I know they are working on it. Thank you for everything H! ps: Roni was amazing at cleaning our room!

The rooms could have been more modern.

Very welcoming staff and, a cooperative and competent Manager Mr. Mahesh Gaude, who had a very positive impact on our stay. Breakfast has good variety and the hotel features multiple cuisines such as African, Asian, Arabic and Indian restaurants. As well as Iraqi entertainment live music. The hotel is close to the World Trade centre about 5 minute's drive making it a good option for business and attending events.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which eventually would have a positive overall experience.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my recent stay at The H Dubai, staying in room 1508. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and elegant — but what made it truly special was the outstanding level of service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, Esraa at the reception was incredibly helpful. She made my check-in smooth and pleasant, and later when I lost my room card, she resolved the issue immediately — even before I reached the front desk. That level of attentiveness was truly amazing and greatly appreciated. Ghamie, the housekeeper responsible for my room, did an outstanding job. The room was quite full with my belongings, but when I returned, everything was clean, neat, and perfectly organized — I could barely recognize it. Her attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional. Huge thanks as well to Pradeep, the Head Housekeeper, for leading such a dedicated team that takes real pride in their work. And of course, Roland in the lobby stood out with his warm hospitality, always greeting with a smile and offering help whenever needed. I highly recommend The H Dubai — not only for its luxury and comfort, but for the outstanding service provided by its staff. I’ll definitely return in the future.

The staff was absolutely outstanding, with Walid, the exceptional, standing out in particular. Walid's remarkable level of cooperation and helpfulness truly set him apart. Not only did he consistently exhibit a high level of professionalism, but he also greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile that instantly put us at ease. His dedication to providing excellent service added an extra layer of convenience and made our experience even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the location of the establishment is truly remarkable, offering convenient access to a wide range of amenities. With a supermarket located in the building, everything we needed was just a stone's throw away. Additionally, the valet service provided by the staff was exceptional. The valets were consistently cooperative and displayed a cheerful demeanor, always ready to assist with a smile.
