First of all, The gym is amazing for people like me obsessed with working out almost daily, The restaurant was amazing also, im not a big fan of open buffets but my family enjoyed the variety The staff are amazing, of all them literally All are serving with smile, extremely helpful specially the staff on the outdoor concierge desk, they are amazing young men from africa, they are the best really, they received and returned my Amazon’s order with a smile

The hotel and all the staff were really great and very friendly! I would definitely come back on a next trip to Dubai. Good value for money. Our room was huge with a great view! Also the bed was absolutely amazing! We were half board and I must admit that the dinner was very good! Special thanks to a Restaurant Manager (unfortunately I don't remember his name) who brought dinner to our room with 0 extra charge as we had returned very late from the desert. The hotel needs a good renovation in some parts (mainly the interior decoration), but I know they are working on it. Thank you for everything H! ps: Roni was amazing at cleaning our room!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my recent stay at The H Dubai, staying in room 1508. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and elegant — but what made it truly special was the outstanding level of service from the staff. From the moment I arrived, Esraa at the reception was incredibly helpful. She made my check-in smooth and pleasant, and later when I lost my room card, she resolved the issue immediately — even before I reached the front desk. That level of attentiveness was truly amazing and greatly appreciated. Ghamie, the housekeeper responsible for my room, did an outstanding job. The room was quite full with my belongings, but when I returned, everything was clean, neat, and perfectly organized — I could barely recognize it. Her attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional. Huge thanks as well to Pradeep, the Head Housekeeper, for leading such a dedicated team that takes real pride in their work. And of course, Roland in the lobby stood out with his warm hospitality, always greeting with a smile and offering help whenever needed. I highly recommend The H Dubai — not only for its luxury and comfort, but for the outstanding service provided by its staff. I’ll definitely return in the future.

The staff was absolutely outstanding, with Walid, the exceptional, standing out in particular. Walid's remarkable level of cooperation and helpfulness truly set him apart. Not only did he consistently exhibit a high level of professionalism, but he also greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile that instantly put us at ease. His dedication to providing excellent service added an extra layer of convenience and made our experience even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the location of the establishment is truly remarkable, offering convenient access to a wide range of amenities. With a supermarket located in the building, everything we needed was just a stone's throw away. Additionally, the valet service provided by the staff was exceptional. The valets were consistently cooperative and displayed a cheerful demeanor, always ready to assist with a smile.

I liked the receptionist mr. Waleed he is the best 👌 and i prefer if anyone want to check in do it with him. And the lobby was perfect.

Food smells all over the lobby which i didn't like that. And the room light is not enough bright.

First of all, in general, the hotel deserves a million stars if its rating allowed that. In terms of service, security and cleanliness, it deserves all thanks and appreciation for their wonderful and beautiful efforts. My special thanks and gratitude to Mr. Mohammed, the receptionist, Mr. Islam, the night receptionist, Mr. Imtiaz, the concierge, Mr. Riyas, the concierge, Mr. Kabir, the housekeeping service, and I also thank all the valet parking staff. I hope to see them again soon.

An exceptional world class hotel. What you expect from a five star hotel. My favourite aspect was my room which was superb. Stunning view of sheikh syed road, massive bathroom with separate WC, double sinks and separate walk in shower with bathtub. Tons of space around the bed and a beautiful desk for working. Even more special was one of the staff brought in a bday cake for my birthday 🎂 which was super generous and a really nice feature. Thank you! Staff are excellent, always willing to assist. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay here wonderful and thank you for the memories. I couldn't have asked for more and hopefully one day I will stay here again.

The HVAC system shall be checked. Double room was looking better than executive suit.

The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly, the breakfast was included with a big and varied selection to choose from, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the facilities were excellent.

The breakfast opening time is quite late especially on a weekend, the pool closing time was too early and there was no bed for a child as children under 12 expected to sleep on same bed or you can have a single bed for extra money per night. This should be made clearer when booking.
