The staff were exceptional - they were so friendly and responsive to every need and requirement. The room was on the small size but it didn’t really matter in the end.There was a small store that was open 24/7 which had everything you would need, and a great restaurant on site. The staff were amazing = I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one exceeded expectations in every way. The staff went above and beyond - for instance, we missed two wake up calls and they sent a staff member to do a welfare check to make sure we were ok - they care that much. Plus they provided filtered water each day - the room was spotless - housekeeping were very responsive if we needed anything and when we came in from a busy day they had time to chat and ask how things went. They are the best!

We stayed at the Rove Trade Centre for 5 nights in August. First of all, the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is also very good: close to downtown, walking distance to the metro even in the hottest weather. Location, location, location. The room was clean, well equipped and the view was beautiful. We also really liked the pool: there were not many people, the water was chilled and there was fresh cold drinking water. The 24-hour convenience store at the bottom of the hotel was very useful. And the staff: everyone was very nice and smiling. Dani was especially nice.

We were satisfied with everything

The beds were comfy, rooms were super neat all the time, staff was so friendly and helpful! We got our food delivered to our room and they even collected our packages for us. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the hotel smells so fresh. They even have a laundry room which was a bonus (we didnt have to go back home with a pile of laundry to do!) The manager even gave us a free copy of the English Quraan which we are so grateful for! Choithrams is right inside for cold drinks, icecreams, pastries and other things.

The music at the pool was on from early hours of the morning and with us staying on the second floor, we could never sleep in because the loud music would wake us up daily. The hairdryer nozzle was also melted plastic and kept falling off.

Great stay, great value for money! Staff was super welcoming, supportive and friendly. They assisted me with all my requests. Thanks to Pankaj my room was always clean and smelled divine. If you’re travelling for work and need space similar to coworking then this hotel would meet your needs for sure: meeting rooms, private booths for video calls, fast WiFi, and they have a mini market. Another thing is their positive acts towards ecology: they bring water in glass bottles whenever you need it and they have refill stations. Good buffet and a la carte. Clean facilities: swimming pool, gym. Gym has towels, water, yoga mats, new equipment. Experience wouldn’t be the same if not for the people who work there-professional and friendly team!

Very new and ‘hip’ hotel with great facilities. Room was spacious and great design, comfy bed. 24 hr shop within the hotel to buy necessities. I tried the iftar buffet one evening - the food was delicious with a great selection of dishes and deserts. Convenient shuttle bus service to the beach and mall. Booked the hotel last minute and got a great price. Check out is until 2pm, which is also great if you have a later flight. Overall - no complaints, would stay in Rove again.

As a minor downside I would mention the location - it wasn’t the best, as there is nothing to do around the hotel. However it is few metro stops to downtown and metro station is about 10 mins walk.

Excellent service! Very cool and friendly staff! The interior of the hotel is excellent, the room is cleaned every day, if you need something, you can ask for it (f.e, tea, coffee, water, towel change). The bed is large and comfortable. The hotel has a shop at the same prices as Carrefour, it is very convenient. The hotel also has an outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, entertainment room, laundry (washing 30 dirhams, drying 20 dirhams, ironing for free). It's a 10-minute walk to the metro, but there are also scheduled buses to popular destinations.

it would be nice to increase the time of visiting the pool, and some furniture may need to be cleaned (there is a sofa in our room)

I have decided to stay at Rove based on the reviews and hotel's proximity to metro station - i can absolutely confirm everything i've read before and I definitely recommend booking the stay here. Would say great location, value for money and extraordinary staff are their biggest strenghts. Cheers to Miller and Shola for providing friendly support during my stay. Cozy lobby with a 24/7 mini market based inside, which is very convenient. Very decent 3* hotel, with classic 3* conveniences. But the staff makes it priceless.

Everyday bad smell inside of mini market makes you want to hold your breath, get your stuff and leave. Would compare the smell to public restrooms, unforunately. Would say the room upon checking in had a very intense and agressive smell of cleaning detergents, so this might be something to consider as i've seen many people pointing that out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rove trade centre to the fullest! Staff were super friendly and helpful, assisting us with absolutely everything we needed! All the people at reception, but also Dani at the restaurant, shout out to him! The room was clean and comfortable. The pool terrace was perfect for with options of sun/shade, and staff were so friendly there too! By the pool they also offer towels and they have a water refill station. The food from daily was delicious! And you could order it to the pool, your room or sit down in the restaurant inside or outside. The little shop on the lobby floor had a huge selection of goods for you to purchase and enjoy, so perfect and convenient! They were also really kind to give us late check out, and keeping our luggage in lockers on the day of departure. This hotel has everything🙌🏼 would highly recommend! Check-in went super smooth, check out was quick and overall we had a really pleasant stay!

My first impression was very positive. The modern, elegant vibe extends seamlessly from the lobby to the rooms, with high-quality interior materials and equipment. The front desk was incredibly helpful, accommodating me with an early check-in and allowing me to drop off my luggage at the hotel. The 24-hour internal shop is fantastic—we got most of our meals there. It offers not only essentials but also other useful items. The hotel lobby is well-equipped, providing shoe polishers, Mac machines for internet usage, PlayStations, and weighing machines—little details that truly make a difference. The front desk staff answers calls promptly and is always ready to assist. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Downtown Dubai.

The only slight inconvenience is the distance to the Metro. While the hotel is relatively close, there’s a short walk to reach it, which may be fine for singles or couples. However, I found myself relying on cabs most of the time.
