99% of guests are from Russia which you should consider if you’re foreigner as unfortunately it sets the atmosphere, behavior in the hotel, and staff attitude. Breakfast food is very poor.

I like everything in this property. Thanks to Anastasia from the reception. She is very helpful and accomodating. Actually ass staffs are very approachable and accomodating. The place is superb. Access to Alkhan Beach is one of the most i like in the property. Food in meena restaurant is great as well. Its totally worth the penny! 💯

Overall, the hotel corresponds to its 4-star rating. The staff provides decent service. The rooms are simple in design but are quite big and comfortable. We had a big terrace with a great sea view. Good daily cleaning service. The food selection in the restaurant was not not the largest we've seen in all inclusive options but it was of good quality. Everything we've tried was quite tasty. The sandy beach was very clean and well-tended to. It is perfect for families with small children. But if you like to swim at depth, it's probably not the best place because the sea is quite shallow there and during low tide the water levels drop significantly, even exposing sandbars.

The selection of drinks in the all inclusive menu was quite limited. And you could only pour yourself a drink from a coffee machine or a juice dispenser during breakfast. During lunch and dinner, we always had to wait for a waiter at the counter to bring us any drink (even water) and they were never there. So the drinks service could be improved to make it easier for guests to get beverages during all meals. The air-conditioners in the lobby and at the restaurant were blowing too strongly so we were getting cold very quickly.

Only the rooms appear mediocre. Lack of sound proofing (can hear traffic if you stay in city view room). Power sockets were limited for charging, bathroom has two washbasins with no place to keep toiletries and personal items. These may appear small issues but one keeps asking “why” while navigating the room

We like Pool, Beach and also room with sea view., Pool & Beach what we expected more than that.

Food. what we expected not there., one day before we asked to the restaurant. the restaurant guy told. i will ask chef indian foods will prepare for breakfast . but nothing happened and 99 AED dinner price. better order food outside and eat. Departing to hotel i asked Hotel before one day. i will come at 2 PM , can you arrange the room . no they told . only exact 3 PM we will give told. but they are not giving same time. we are waiting 30-45 mins after that only given room key.

We have been here 16 times, good food, great beach and the location, good value for the money

For the first time after 15 times at this hotel we had one cockroach in our room and the second was on the balcony. Even though in UAE the temperatures are high, this should not happen. However, the hotel staff was fast and helped us to kill it but for the rest of the vacation we had worries about other cockroaches in our room. As compensation, they changed the breakfast to half board, so this was nice.

The Hotel is wonderful, - The room is spacious and it has clean facilities, the balcony was amazing! - The Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner has a lot of varieties of foods for different nationalities, and the food was delicious, and staff in the restaurant are very helpful and always there for servicing you. - The pool was big and little deep, the slide is a great addition for kids to have fun, lifeguards are always on duty to help! - Staff were kind and ready for helping. I will definitely visit the hotel next year!

Great hotel, very friendly and welcome staff. Very good food. Clean beach. Very comfortable room. I would like to say a special thank you to Harun. He was very helpful and assisted to hotel old clients (we are 70 and 76 yeards old), he always fix problems with a smile. Because of people like Harun we will be back next year. We are old couple from Finland.

We arrived and got an unexpected upgrade of the room with a beach view for the same price. That was awesome. There was a few minutes delay in check-in, however front office staff offered us a welcome drink and made us comfortably sit in the lobby. Though there was no Indian Breakfast dining served...we were approached by sous chef Mr Samar(sam) who spoke to us and we gave feedback about the menu. It was good gesture of the Chef coming and talking to a customer and was very convincing.

The room lights were dim. There was no option to make it bright.
