This is an excellent hotel located in the city center. The staff at the hotel's front desk are outstanding. They greet and see off guests with a smile every day, patiently answer all kinds of my inquiries, and provide the services I request. For example, when I was short of hangers in my room, the front desk even sent over more than ten hangers, which moved me a lot. The rooms are also very spacious and are carefully cleaned every day. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Janeare extremely excellent. I recommend that everyone must stay here when visiting Sharjah.

The hotel has a luxurious, classic charm that feels like a piece of timeless art. With a few minor improvements, it could be truly exceptional. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around by car or on foot. I definitely recommend it after some updates — and I wouldn’t mind paying more once they’re made

The hotel was supposed to have its own parking lot, but I had to park my car on a street about two minutes away from the hotel.

good My stay in this hotel ended with very bad experience. After check out by short time I discovered I have missed my Wallet which includes Residents cards, Master cards and some money in the room. I returned quickly to the hotel and asked the Manager to allow me to check the place but he refused. I was not satisfied with his response, the same night I received a notification from the bank that someone tried to make a purchase but failed.. The location is not good there is no surrounding restaurants.

Cleaners are really noisy they bang the doors all the time we never had a good sleep.because of them although i complained to the supervisor. they never stop shouting and banging doors i wonder why these cleaners havent been replaced by new proffetional ones where is the supervisor?why he doesnt discipline them really DISAPPOINTING NOISY CLEANERS

Check in by Mitchell was swift and well informative.She guided us about the area and provided a letter which we used to access the nearby beach without paying the entrance fee.

The location is tricky when using buses and taxis.Ask for hotel help in booking a taxi to avoid wasting time outside trying to do it yourself as many come occupied.

It was a good value for quality. You get all essential needs covered up. There are always bits to improve. Taxis are required to move around in the area and one should avoid pick times. Customer service should be reachable via Booking, something it should be checked out.

I could not access to the customer service from the hotel when I was in London to ask questions.

the room upgrade and the steam sauna. the staff were nice especially the reception, (Mr. Edward) he was so approachable.

The pool was not temperature controlled, it was cold so we weren't able to swim comfortably. The furniture especially the sofa and chairs are made of fabric look dirty. The windows need cleaning as well. The tv is old not wifi ready.

Value for money, if they can reduce little more then it will be more beneficial. Location is easy to access and especially free parking and masjid, cafeteria, laundry and grocery store are on walking distance. Also, varity of restaurants located nearby.

Little bit price is on higher end compared to others in the area.

· We stayed in the Executive Suite at Time Express Hotel AL Khan and were thoroughly impressed. The suite was exceptionally comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean. Its location is ideal, with a variety of eateries nearby. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
