The housekeeping staff always came late, so my room wasn’t cleaned every day. However, whenever I asked, I received water, tea, coffee, and fresh towels.

This is the first time I stay in this hotel, and frankly, the hotel is at a high level of quality and service, and all the employees are excellent, including Mustafa Saleh Hashem in the housekeeping. His treatment with me was beyond description in terms of service. I thank him and may God grant him success because he deserves to be thanked for his effort and conscientious work in the room, and for sure he takes care of all the rooms because he is active. He is polite and deserves appreciation for his effort. On my birthday, he made the room and it was a wonderful surprise. I thank him very much, Mustafa, and I thank the hotel manager, Mr. Gamal, a very nice person. He helps every customer and cares very much about the customers. He was an essential factor in my sitting in the hotel. And of course, I thank Ismail in the reception very much. Seriously, the hotel is wonderful in beauty and the room is wonderful. By the sea and the hotel is a wonderful style of beauty and cleanliness, and I will stay at the hotel all the time because it is the right choice for complete relaxation.

This is my 5th time staying there, Great place: very big room with sea view from balcony, clean, well equipted. Nice private beach and pool, free private parking, great deal for the money payed. I arrived tired from long flight at 10:30 morning, and staff was very welcome and polite. Big thank you to miss Papya, who let me check in early and take my rest, this girl deserves promotion :) for the nice attitute she gives and make the place even more hospitality. Seen you soon again!

Nice architectural design and comfy place

beach soo neat and clean superb and the receptionist to all staff security was very helpful i do request for early check in cause of our flight and long journey they was great in arranging for us thank you all

we had meal from outside i try to contact room service they didn't pick up, soo i call to reception to ask that can i get some cutlery if you have room service receptionist said he will send someone , we are waiting for 30 Minutes no more expectation we did not get any cutlery this is not acceptable 😑

The receptionist “ Indian Girl” were great , she was very welcoming and polite , additionally she upgraded for us the reservation and gave us all the required information without asking , she were very helpful and the water were great , the swimming pool water were so fun cold but nice and clean

Use little bit more warm water for swimming pool and car parking

The front desk staff especially mamum was absolutely amazing and looked after me the minute. They have a prayer room, coffee and food available on the beach. I got the sunset suite which was amazing I really enjoyed my stay. I wish I could stay longer

The room was clean and big, aircon is not loud, working wifi and nice buffet on breakfast. I was able to sleep well. Bathroom was equipped with shower gels for body and head. Also there's a nice clean private beach in the front of the hotel

There were many brochures about spa and massage services in the room, however it wasn't mentioned that these services should be scheduled via a call or visit a reception, which is a bit frustrating. Also there was a slight tobacco smell in the room like someone was smoking here before. The buffet had nice hot fresh pancakes, however there was only one type of syrup. Guys, it won't cost much if you add another type of syrup, chocolate for example, it will make people much happier. And overall, the stuff doesn't smile at all, everyone is so serious.

room is good, clean, and big beach is good as well we always come in this hotel because of beach location and pool is good too staff are nice.

breakfast just experienced not so good treatment but I understand if they have procedure to follow we always choose Sahara and surprisingly first time we asked for ice cubes and they asked to pay

Food- Only Continental. No Asian/Indian Buffet- Less said about it better. Not befitting a Five Star Resort. Fruits and Vegetables are not fresh but appeared to be tinned Food. Mainly Beef was served. Much to improve on this front. AC Was not working or upto the mark.
