Helpful staff, I was there for a few hours. I had to go to the airport to check-in at 4am in the morning, the receptionist give me a wake up call and was ready with a taxi for me. The helper came up for my luggage and put it in the taxi. I did not move a muscle. Very good service. Everything organized check-in and out. Will recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. I especially loved the cozy atmosphere, stylish interior design, and how spacious the rooms were. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience,I would definitely come back!

It was a suite and spacious with a bathroom and a kitchen. There was a seating area with couch. I have requested for an extra bed which was provided. Parking is free and there was ample parking, though finding a parking is an adventure in sharjah.

The room was wide in addition to a sitting area and a kitchenette that also serves as a luggage area. The staff and cleaners were very nice and helpful.

The kitchenette did not have cooking facility not even a microwave to warm the food. Also the sleeping room had no TV. To watch TV you need to be in sitting room. The AC is not central but rooms had individual ACs. This has caused me headaches when air blows on my head.

Excellent location everything you need is near to the hotel, bus station, parking area, supermarket, restaurants and cafe. Staff were so friendly and helpful

Central location, close to the gold market and other small malls The apartment was very spacious with plenty of storage. Also kept very clean. Room was also tidied and cleaned regularly. Staff were very nice and polite. This was very good value for money and I would definately not hesitate to stay here again.

The balcony couldn't be used as it had the large extractor fans there, and it was fanning out lots of heat, which was unbearable in the already 40+ weather.

your laws are street and some of your staff really have to be considerate I came with my wife but because her visa renewer was on the process her boss is with her passport but we have the copy but your staff blandantly refuse accepting the photo of her passport copy that night I was so mad but I controlled myself so I quickly called her boss and ask for her passport behold I was lucky he asked me to come pick it up because we stay same building so I quickly asked the staffs to check in me inn with my and that my wife wait for me inside the room why I rush to go get her passport, but you won’t believe it that when I left they still asked her to stay back at the reception till I came back and that’s what I consider to be wickedness and racism pls try do something about this

There is free parking . Easy access to Main Roads and facilities. Excellent room rates.

A microwave if was provided it would be very good for long stayers.

All the staff members very polite, kind and helpful, I asked them for change my room due to location they did it super fast, hotel was clean and tidy, food was great and good value and high quality.
