ALLAN deserves special recognition for his distinguished, helpful, and outstanding support throughout my stay. Additionally, ASHWANI's youthful energy and dedication to providing excellent service were truly remarkable.

I have been staying at the hotel since the 11th of August, and every week I renew my reservation through the Booking.com website. However, it is strange that despite my repeated requests for a room upgrade, my request has not been fulfilled. As a long-term guest, I believe my request should have been considered with more attention.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai, and what truly made it memorable was the exceptional service. A special thanks to Wasana, whose elegance, warmth, and professionalism stood out every day. She carried herself with such class and made me feel genuinely welcome. Maru was also incredibly kind and attentive—both of them went above and beyond. And the security guards are all very kind. The host and hostess were gracious, the housekeeping team super friendly and helpful, and the chef always responded with class and a warm smile. It’s rare to find such heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at Edge Creekside Hotel. The location is great, the hotel is very clean, and the staff were extremely cooperative and welcoming. There are plenty of facilities available like swimming pool, GYM, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is also just a 5-minute walk from some great restaurants. The area felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommended for both business travelers.

I did notice some unusual activity outside the hotel after mid of night, including what appeared to be nightlife-related gatherings, but at no point did I feel unsafe.

Breakfast. Worst breakfast and is not suitable with four stars hotel. Only reason will stop me book again at this hotel is breakfast. Very poor !!

We really enjoyed staying in this wonderful hotel in a cozy place where my wife and I spent our wedding anniversary. The room seemed spacious, clean and quiet, with a fresh modern renovation and amenities such as slippers and tea/coffee, a bathrobe, a separate bathtub and shower, disposable combs, toothbrush and paste, and a disposable shaving. It's all in the package. Our room was cleaned every day. For the safety of our belongings, there was also a safe in the room, but it was not even necessary, as the hotel staff was very polite and kind-hearted. You feel safe in the hotel. One of important aspects was the 24-hour reception, which was incredibly convenient for late check-in and early check-out. The administrators were friendly and always ready to help, which greatly simplified the registration process. Danish helped us check-in, and his colleague helped us deliver the suitcases to the room immediately. You feel very welcome at the hotel. I would also like to mention the breakfasts at the hotel. They were varied and delicious every day. Guests can choose from a wide range of dishes and snacks. Guests can also order a free cappuccino, which was very pleasant. In particular, I would like to mention the work of a hotel employee named Iqra. She served our table every day and, as in an expensive restaurant, asked if everything was all right. His behavior was both attentive and unobtrusive, which made us very happy. With a large number of guests, you feel like a regular guest, because your preferences are have considered. The gym is spacious and comfortable, with new equipment, there is everything you need to keep fit. Water in swimming pool is clean, as the pool is maintained and cleaned. I would also like to mention the work of the pool staff, who always monitored safety, but did it very carefully, without interfering with rest. We will definitely return to this hotel, as it exceeds our expectations and deserves the highest recommendations. 5 stars!!

What truly makes this hotel stand out are the exceptional staff. Their professionalism, constant smiles, and unwavering cooperation have been a highlight throughout my stay. Today marks the 35th day of my stay at this hotel, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks, respect, and appreciation to the reception staff: Christine, Marce, and Tirath. A special mention goes to the wonderfully kind and cooperative Algerian ladies Kanza and Iman. I must also express my heartfelt gratitude to Allan for everything he has done for me and for all the guests. Additionally, my thanks go to the service staff on the 8th floor, Ashwani and Zar Ni, who have been absolutely amazing. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to book their stay at this hotel.

Good location, walking distance from Al Rigga metro station, comfortable room, clean, quiet, very friendly staff (special thanks to Ashwani, taking care of us on the 8th floor, the "breakfast team" in the Feta restaurant, and the nice lady in the coffee bar in the lobby, all great service!) WIFI is perfect, next stay in Dubai will be Edge Creekside Hotel again

The room was exactly as shown in the photos in booking.com. Everything was great in the hotel and I enjoyed my stay. Special thanks to Christine in the reception who helped me to check in earlier as I arrived in the hotel at 11 AM. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff especially Rayan in the 4th floor. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and had a 25% discount to guests in the hotel. The breakfast was very good with good variety of food types. The area of the hotel is very nice and there are some supermarkets and other shops at a walking distance.

Loved the rooms, the beds are amazing, huge and so comfortable, powerful shower with hot water even in the middle of the night, relatively quite area across from a 24 hr grocery shop, helpful staff at the reception and a bellboy to bring up our cases to our room, nice set up for breakfast aswell lots of different types of breakfast foods, taxi was always available to bring us to the Dubai mall etc pool area was lovely and clean

Pool had way too much chlorine in it but was lovely and clean and warm enough too swim in We arrived during Ramadan so it was loud in the night when there was prayers but that’s only at certain times of the year so not really the fault of the hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Edge Creekside Hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food was absolutely delicious with a variety of options that truly exceeded my expectations. A special mention goes to Ashwani from housekeeping, who did an excellent job cleaning our room daily. He was very polite, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect during our stay. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out. The overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and quality.

While my stay at Edge Creekside Hotel was overall excellent, one thing I didn’t like was that shisha was not available during my visit. I understand this is a temporary situation, but it would have been nice to enjoy it at the hotel. Hopefully, it will be available again soon.
