The hotel is clean,breakfast was fine and prices were low for food etc. The check in was good however later in the afternoon the reception man didn't seem interested or happy to be at work. As if my questions were not important (parking, timings for food etc). Room was okay, large room, clean, bit old fashioned but fr the price it was fine.

The parking is 15 a day. That's okay but there is free parking around the hotel with some walk so maybe do that to save money. Facilities were very outdated. No decent coverage sun loungers, parasols. No cafe. No signs to say spa was chabged to first floor so I was late to an appointment and went up to top floor which is where the signs say it is.

Room on the 4th floor (Room 414) is cozy and quiet. There is swimming pool on the roof top, a sauna and a gym. Breakfast is good, you wont find buffet breakfast at this price. Location is good as it is walking distance to Al Riqqa metro station. Nearby to grocery stores and shopping malls.

Saw a cockroach on the wall in the dining area downstairs. TV is not connected to any station. TV remote's battery was dead.

I had a very comfortable room, well-lit. The breakfast was just good enough. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The Hotels location is great, and easily accessible to the train and shopping malls.

I could see cockroaches in the hotel and in the rooms. I suggest fumigation is done to clear them off

When I arrived to the hotel. They asked me to pay a s7me of money about 100 dollars as insurance in advance for my future damage which I will make😀 They didn't allow my guests to visit me and treated them by an impolite way

When you received by that unfriendly way you can't see any good thing

The hotel location is very convenient- The staff is super-helpful. The breakfast had good options, especially the freshly made omlettes and pancakes were nice. Room is good size with standard amenities.

The ventilation / Airconditioning could be better. The wifi codes did not work consistently. I had to sign in many times using new codes.

I spend 2 nights at the hotel. Staff was great.very professional and helpful. They accommodated everything i needed. Area is 10 min from the airport, has metro and lots of supermarkets, shops, and clubs next door. Everything was wonderful. Food was delicious. I was really happy there and would recommend for anyone.

Everything in the place is wonderful, re-annoying the discotheque at night. Thank you to all the employees in the hotel from the youngest to the oldest, especially thanks to those who work in the restaurant, you are wonderful, continue

Bed was so comfortable, everything that we requested was delivered in less than 5 minutes by very professional staff. it’s also excellent Mercy at reception recognizing we are returning guests.

Be sure to receive irritating calls from reception for your check out as early as 10:30am. This is a big mistake as that time you’re trying to catch sleep.

As a genuis level 3 discrepancy with the price that had to be paid for breakfast compared to what was stated at the time of booking.

Helpful staff. Good location, close to metro and buses. Near the airport. To the sea by bus 40 minutes, or faster by taxi. Inexpensive area with inexpensive cafes and shops. Good breakfast and dinner. I would book the room again.

Average wi-fi for file sharing. Very cold air conditioner. The hotel has a nightclub, which is good on the one hand and bad on the other. Music is heard on the 4th floor and below. It was acceptable for us, but it will be loud for someone and interfere with sleep.
