I had an excellent experience at the hotel, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the restaurant manager, especially Mr. Nassim. He was incredibly kind and professional, always ensuring that everything was perfect during our meals. Highly recommend!

The location,clean room facilities

The girl receptionist, is not welcoming, and not cooperative, as the others,as for example Aparna,who was the best

As a frequent traveler this was one of the best hotels we stayed in. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel had delicious breakfast buffet with a considerable amount of variety. The hotels pool was well maintained and a great addition to our stay. Our stay at Khalidia Palace Hotel was nothing short of amazing we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the hotel and would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Dubai.

The hotel is built beautifully. From the moment you step into the foyer it looks stunning. It has some shops in the reception area so you don’t need to go elsewhere really. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. Concierge brought our bags to our room while we sat in the foyer with a welcome drink. I was travelling with two small kids, and I can say that the hotel is very welcoming and has activities for children to do. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a lot of variety and not very expensive for Dubai! The room was spacious, full of light and very comfortable. All in all, a wonderful stay and I will be booking again when I come back to Dubai!

Everything was fantastic.

It was in a good location, we were upgraded to a suite which had facilities such as kettle microwave etc. They had a variety of food for breakfast which was very similar everyday. Some of the staff members were really friendly. They have a prayer room.amd prayer facilities which I find is very rare these days. They also had a prayer mat in the room. The room was generally clean with lots of toiletries in the bathroom.

Room service could improve, we had only one mug in the room., we asked for one on Tuesday which we didn't receive till Thursday

The staff are amazing .especially the dayshift front desk ladies they always called to check on us to find out if everything was OK. Adeline reservation lady was amazing .our first day was alittle bit chaos and confusing but adeline stepped in and made sure everything was OK and we started off our first night great .the concierge guys always helping and asking if we needed any help or a tax. Our last day headed to the airport was smooth they made sure we got taxi in time not to kiss our flight. The rooms are super clean and everything is organized .we will use them again next time.we visit dubai Thank you to all who made our stay great

Dinning part..food is good but I realize they don't provide dinner options I guess because everyone eats out except breakfast. I realized breakfast was more of Indian food it will be great if they serve really chapati than the hard flat bread.also veges samosa is better than potato samosa.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely – a special mention to Sophia, who was always happy to help, patient in giving us clarity, and providing us with great options whenever we needed. Her warm attitude really made a difference to our trip. The facilities were excellent. The pool was very clean and enjoyable, and there was even a small play room for kids, which was a thoughtful touch for families. Breakfast was truly fantastic – with a lot more variety than we expected, catering to different tastes and giving us a great start to each day. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service. Highly recommend, especially for families!

Excellent Hotel, but Management Staff Needs Serious Improvement I stayed at Khalida hotel in Dubai and was truly impressed by the facilities, cleanliness, and overall service — everything was of high quality, as expected from such a property. However, I feel it’s important to share my serious concerns regarding the hotel’s management team. As a professional in the hotel business myself, I observed that the managers and his direct staff are not acting professionally. Whenever issues arise, the manager is often nowhere to be found unavailable, while problems are left to regular staff members who are not empowered to make decisions or provide real solutions. This creates frustration for guests and damages the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel. It is my professional advice to the property owner or landlord to consider replacing the current managerial staff with experienced, guest-focused leaders who understand hospitality and are present when it matters most. This hotel has great potential — but with a more competent and responsible management team, it could truly be world-class.
