Very attentive and responsive staff. check in and Check out were very smooth. Breakfast has a nice spread with many options. I would like to say a special THANK YOU to SHAN at the Yasminaa restaurant who attended to us on four mornings. Made us very comfortable and feel at home,

On 24th June some repair work on a floor above did cause a little discomfort during the day time . Especially when I was on online calls.

Excellent breakfast and staff, excellent location

Room service was not optimal, they didn't clean the room after 2nd night. they didn't provide coffee packets Room phone was not working well and connection to internet was not easy. I had to call someone to fix both. No enough places to hang the used towels for reuse

I liked the hospitality received during my 5 nights' stay at the hotel. Special credit to Mr. Tejraj, who guided me on local traffic, tourist hotspots and so on.

The bathroom tiles could have been cleaner.

The staff was very professional and caring. Special thanks to Ms. Madeeha at the front desk for her professional behavior and dealings.

Need to improve the menu by adding more options for all meals.

Four Points Hotel is at the best location with very easy access to all major places in the city, (eg Sharjah Expo, Qatara, Museums, Corniche and all souqs). The Hotel has perfect and free car park with security. easy accessible driving to the spacious car parkings. Lots of restaurants and major supermarkets at walking distance and very convenient for people coming for treatment at Shrajah MediCare Hospital I was impressed with hotel receptionist on shift (on the 12th Jul) Miss Reena and the reservation Manager. Who made a special surprise regarding my wedding anniversary. Other receptionists Madiha and Mansha. The room 2808 given, was perfectly decorated and is one of the best room, very specious, quite with best views of Sharjah lagoons, lakes, canals and streets. This room, made the anniversary day very special and great. (I do not forget a nicely written wishes and a piece of Wedding cake} Breakfast buffet has everything one needs with all varieties at best quality. From fresh Juices to salads and fruits, breads to croissants, pickles to cooked meals and eggs, all tasted fresh and delicious. The staff in the buffet: Especially Mr Mina and especially Miss T, They would serve us very politely and promptly. Other staff: Htoo, Shan and Kaang did the best to serve us. My complements also to the Sue Chef for the quality of meals. All what I mean it was very enjoyable. The rooms was kept very very clean thanks to Mr. Koji. All my best regards to the Four Points Hotel Management for arranging my stay at the best level and very enjoyable.

Absolutely Nothing.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the layout of the rooms, and the speed of the elevators. The breakfast was varied and enjoyable.

My reservation was cancelled because the hotel was unable to charge my card for some unknown reason, without informing me of a payment problem so I could resolve it. I didn't find out about it until I got off the plane, when I received a message from Booking.com notifying me that my reservation had been cancelled. This caused me and my family a lot of distress. However, when I contacted the hotel, my reservation was rescheduled.

The best thing is Staff, wonderful staff, I checked in on the 15th of July, 2024. around 2030 hrs, I met Ms. Manisha at the reception with one gentleman I don't remember his name, they both were very professional and polite, and they upgraded us to the Business Suite. I like to mention Amir Shehzad's name for his excellent housekeeping work. In Yasmin Restaurant, all the staff was so good even the chef did an excellent job walking around and asking all the guests if everything was ok. I like to mention Mr Saqlain's name, I don't know from which department he is from but he did a great job also. location is also good, easy to get a taxi, will visit again and will recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location was fine for us as we were there just for one night for a 9am flight from Sharjah the next morning. The staff at reception were very welcoming and we were able to check in early plus our room was upgraded, which was great! They gave us advice about travel time to the airport and even arranged an early breakfast to be sent to our room so we could check out early and flagged a taxi for us too! So helpful and much appreciated. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the buffet after an afternoon walk around the local area. Fascinating to see the city change from dusk to night from the 19th floor!!

There was nothing we didn’t like. We experienced really good service from the hotel team.
