The best thing is Staff, wonderful staff, I checked in on the 15th of July, 2024. around 2030 hrs, I met Ms. Manisha at the reception with one gentleman I don't remember his name, they both were very professional and polite, and they upgraded us to the Business Suite. I like to mention Amir Shehzad's name for his excellent housekeeping work. In Yasmin Restaurant, all the staff was so good even the chef did an excellent job walking around and asking all the guests if everything was ok. I like to mention Mr Saqlain's name, I don't know from which department he is from but he did a great job also. location is also good, easy to get a taxi, will visit again and will recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location was fine for us as we were there just for one night for a 9am flight from Sharjah the next morning. The staff at reception were very welcoming and we were able to check in early plus our room was upgraded, which was great! They gave us advice about travel time to the airport and even arranged an early breakfast to be sent to our room so we could check out early and flagged a taxi for us too! So helpful and much appreciated. We also had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed the buffet after an afternoon walk around the local area. Fascinating to see the city change from dusk to night from the 19th floor!!

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Sharjah, which is about once a month. The location is perfect - everything you need is within walking distance. The hotel staff are fantastic representatives for the property. Madeha at the front desk was welcoming and very supportive during my stay. The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention - they consistently do an outstanding job keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's my go-to option whenever I'm in Sharjah and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The combination of the convenient location, friendly staff, and excellent housekeeping make this a top-notch hotel.

Staff was very polite. I would like to particularly highlight chef Sharad who was really kind and wished all guests in the morning. A memeber if stay who joined 3 days ago from Myanmar was so lovely with a pleasing smile: the check on staff was really good as he clearly explained everything.

I booked the room via booking.com and had an option to select free pick up from the hotel. As I emailed to confirm it, I was asked to contact Bookong.con and they in turn asked me to contact the hotel reception. I then took a taxi and got to the hotel after I spoke to the hotel reception staff on arrival at Adonai airport, confirming that there is no airport pick up service. I was quite disappointing this as I would have otherwise booked a hotel closer to Dubai. The property is also advertised with a private beach and it was dissolution realise there was no beach there.

The breakfast was really tasty with a good variety of food. The kitchen employees were very friendly. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. They helped to book us two rooms near each other, so it was convenient for a family. There is a shuttle bus to the beach at 9 and at 10 in the morning, it takes just around 10 mins drive to the nearest beach. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable. If you are not planning to travel around a lot, it is a perfect stay for a short beach vacation. It probably makes sense to have half-board, so there would be no need to search for a good food around.

The view of some rooms is to the building in front, so it is not possible to open curtains in the evening. It is high humidity in the room in case of not using air conditioning. The furniture is quite old. Note there are no places with European food around, so we had to take taxi and go to the nearest shopping malls. Not hotel related, but there is a huge traffic jam from Sharjah to Dubai in the morning and back to Sharjah in the evening. We spent 1.5 hours in the traffic jam coming back from Dubai. Usually, it takes 35 mins.

Very good hotel, conveniently located next to the major Jubail intercity bus station. From here you can go to all the emirates and to the airports of Dubai and Sharjah. Most city buses also stop here. The hotel is also close to my favorite beaches in Sharjah. Breakfast was always delicious and fresh. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. And I will probably stay here again if I come to Sharjah again.

We had a rough start at this hotel. We arrived at 4 am. from the airport, hoping for an early check-in. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't make any effort to assist us, despite our exhaustion from a 23-hour flight from the US. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we decided to find another hotel to spend the night since we were tired and it was extremely hot outside. However, the following day, we had the pleasure of meeting Sid, who was exceptionally helpful and understanding. He apologized for our previous experience and made up for it by upgrading our room. The new room was fantastic, with a balcony offering a beautiful view, and it was cleaned daily without disturbing us at noon, for example. Impressed by Sid's excellent service and his pleasant approach, we decided to extend our stay from one week to two weeks. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you again, Sid!

They charged us 85 dirhams when we checked out, and we're not sure what it's for. We had already paid in full in advance!

Breakfast was lovely, Mr.Chef was very caring and personally ensure the best breakfast. Reception staff was very cordial and cooperative and humble. Back office was exceptionally helpful to extend for a little time as our flight was late. Housekeeping staff was very very cooperative and nice. Best wishes and many thanks to all. With regards
