I had a genuinely pleasant experience during my stay, and I would particularly like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the night shift staff, especially Ahmed. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning, Ahmed greeted me with a warm and courteous attitude, making me feel instantly welcome and at ease and arranged a room for me and my family. Throughout the early hours, he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was assisting with early check-in, answering my questions with patience, or helping me with local recommendations, his approach was always professional, attentive, and kind-hearted. It is rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to customer care during the night shift hours, and Ahmed truly stood out in this regard.

I recently stayed at Sharjah Holiday International Hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in the heart of Sharjah, making it convenient to access many attractions in the area. Although the hotel does not have its own beach, they offer bus trips to Al Khan Beach, which was a nice alternative. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would like to extend a special thank you to Ahmed and Jamaica for their exceptional service and assistance. The room I stayed in had a good amount of space, not overly spacious but not cramped either. It was clean and well-furnished, and the beds were comfortable. However, I did encounter an issue with the shower water leaking out and causing some mess in the bathroom. Additionally, there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke in the room and bathroom, which was somewhat unpleasant. The hotel provided a reliable and efficient Wi-Fi service, which was appreciated. I also liked the swimming pool and its timing, allowing for a refreshing dip after a long day. The staff members were always ready to assist and were genuinely helpful. In terms of dining, the hotel's buffet could benefit from more variety. While the quality of the food was good, the selection was limited. However, I must mention Mohsen, who made our mornings delightful with his warm smile and the best omelettes in town. Considering the overall experience, I believe that Sharjah Holiday International Hotel offers fair value for the money and is a convenient choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Sharjah.

We stayed at the hotel for the specific purpose of attending The Sharjah Junior World Cricket Tournament. All the teams were staying there and so it met all our needs. The room was excellent and overlooked the gardens, outside swimming pool and lake. Just beautiful! There was coffee and tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room too. Bottled water was re-plenished every day which was lovely. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel was a long way from the Dubai mall! However, there was a lovely park to walk in closeby, several small shops and a large supermarket with quality foods within easy walking distance.

On the breakfast buffet the only fresh fruit offered was melon. This was for every day of our stay! it would have been nice to include a variety of fresh fruits including apples, bananas, peaches, plums, strawberries, blackberries etc.

Location & view were excellent and staff were very helpful especially Mr. “Arman”.

Spacios room, huge bed, nice view. I've enjoyed my stay here. The daily cleaning was top-noch. I need to mention Munassar who was excellent.

I don't recommend taking breakfast here. Book without breakfast and eat somewhere else. Room finishes need some improvements.

We were in this hotel for the fourth time and liket it again very much. Nice location on lagune, near shops and restaurants, vast area with swimming pool, you can also use Marbella facilities, it is a parent hotel. Nice rooms with excellent view , very clean, recently restored. We thank Yunus for perfekt cleaning everyday. Also reception was very helpful, especially Paul and Saadia. Breakfast was tasty with big variety. We come again.

One of few disadvantiges was transport to the beach, Russian touristst are quuite ruud and it was always unpleasant experience. It would be better to use more buses at once to awoid it. Also behaviour of these tourists during breakfast was sometimes not appealing/stealing foods or too much food not eaten/.

the reception the staff at the reception was very unprofessional to host us, no greeting specially one her name was lee from china no service from her very bad! she should not work as a customer service on the face of the disk hotel! unfortunately she was like a robot no expression on her face! we paid money to get the right service! but mr Ahmad was best at the reception and the manger at the restaurant he was the top chef plus the supervisor mr Costnar very professional customer service and the waitress Mann the best. thanks for them they made our stay really special many thanks to them always good staff make good vibes

The hotel was bright and clean. Staff were welcoming and really helpful. Yunis from the cleaning team checked in on us daily and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and the room at night was dark and quiet so we got a great night's sleep.

The only issue we had was a bit of a smell from our bathroom drain. We reported it but no one seemed to come and check it. Overall it didn't have a big enough pact to ruin our stay though.

I liked the wide variety of tasty dishes, especially during the New Year celebration in the backyard of the hotel. I want to notice the hospitality and attention of the staff in a good way. There were also lots of benefits: transfer to Dubai and the beach, sauna, and pool. The travel consultant helped me find a thrilling tour. The breakfast time was extraordinarily convenient. I had even scales in my room.

It was a bit dirty on the balcony: the table and chairs were covered with dust. And firstly the air was unfresh in the room.
