The complimentary breakfast had all variety and was very filling :))) We had some issues with the first room they had provided but once requested they immediately rectified our problem and changed the room for us. The housekeeping and hotel restaurant staff were very welcoming and friendly with us and provided us with whatever we asked for.

We did have some issues with the first room there was water seepage in the bathroom. But once we complained they immediately came to fix it.

Very big room with super king size bed and spacious room. very welcoming and respectful staff, the parking security officer is very smiling, very kind and helpful. The only small problem is the parking you need to have a small car because it is very narrow.

the equipment like the bathtub was very old and worn but was cleaned. Some finishing touches were missing in the cleaning but clean nonetheless.

My recent stay at Crystal plaza hotel was fantastic! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. The location was perfect for exploration. The delicious breakfast each morning was a great start to the day. Highly recommended for a relaxing experience Thank you so much Crystal plaza hotel ❤️❤️.

1st of all I faced a parking issue because I came late at night The hotel should have a dedicated parking for the customers they should have a technician to sort out the issues on the spot because I faced a door lock issue whenever I tried to open the door from outside it's not working because of technical issue in door card reader even they don't have key for the room they have to open with the master key which make me worried about my privacy and luggage security but luckily nothing happened anything wrong.

Staff and specially manager Mr Pankaj was very very helpful & friendly & made stay very comfortable and now if I’m travelling to UAE I know which Hotel I’ll be choosing 😊👍 so Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me to the Hotel & to Mr Pankaj.

Very clean & pleasant place to be

The menu was my challenge probably because of where I come from but in all I was able to adjust. 🥂

Everything was so perfect and extremely awesome stay with comfort. This hotel is just in center and every part of sharjah is easily accessible, also it's very near to Dubai and Public transport is available at ease. Rooms are awesome, Clean and property is well maintained. Staff is very good and polite. We enjoyed our 20 days stay at this property and it feel like home.

I did not take breakfast mainly due to my tight schedule. However, the services were good and met my expectations.

I thought the gym which was a major attraction for me, needed attention as the equipment was not in good state and airconditioning was poor.

Should spray some room freshener or spray or at least Dettol to kill the washroom smell.
