I like overall in the hotel, from the reception upon check in it's fast and they welcome us with a smile and that's one thing is important to front office. Kudos! To Mr. Pankaj we got upgraded and help us to grant our humble request because our flight got delay, and also to Housekeeping Team, Ms. Corazon the Housekeeping Supervisor who did a good job preparing our room on high level of service. The room was neat and clean, good smell and properly arrange. I can say wow! The breakfast is good as well. Highly recommend this hotel and the team is very much appreciated! Thank you 😊

Room 603: Good AC, comfortable bed, good sound insulation, no noise from outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice , bright breakfast room and good breakfast with a great choice. The room service for food was good. Near restaurants and shops. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Central Market from where the Hop on Bus tour starts.

Room 603: Can't open the window. The pillows were strange. They felt as if they were filled with air.

the breakfast is good but there is no soup location is good room missing toothbrush, shaver, slippers

there is some mold in the wooden furniture near the bathroom, you need to check all the wooden parts which matching with the costumer. the fabric cover of the floor of the corridors inside the purpose needs a bacterial sterilization the reception office needs to be bigger than now. there is no trolley for bags.

Check-in was fast. Staff was very polite. Room was comfy with 2 bottles of water. Nice and clean bathroom.

E-Mail communication was bad. The wrote to download an app (or 2), where I'll get my room key. That didn't work at any time. My questions how to do it right, wheren't answered. So it was a riddle, if we can get in the room or not, when we will arrive at night.

A really nice hotel in the city centre (I am sorry, other neighboorhoods, but Al Majaz is a top!). Very helpful and nice stuff. The room was very clean and equiepped with everything you need for a comfort stay. I even had an iron in my room. I recommend to get a breakfast - it doesnt cost much, but its really good and offers a variety of options to choose from

Perfect location 9 minutes away from Sharjah beaches. Easily available public paid parkings and underground free parking but mostly occupied. All the staff in morning shift and night shift are smiley, professional , cooperative and understanding Easy & smooth check-in and check-out Clean hotel , restaurant room ,gym & public toilets Very nice restaurant despite limited varieties of food but well satisfying Excellent room design with king bed and two comfortable sofas , wide room size with two TV s very suitable for four family members and nice facilities and good city view and side canal view Very good money value and quality comparing same hotels rates during the new year eve I will suggest Ibis styles hotel in Sharjah for all Special thanks to all staff in the hotel , with my best wishes of success

The moisture smell specially in the corridors, i suggest to fix scent machines to spray good scent in the corridors

Very good hotel of Ibis Styles chain, we got very nice spacius room, it was very clean and modern, the bed was comfy, there was complimentary tea and coffee, we also bought breakfast which was tasty with many options to choose from and not overpriced. Great location, very close to the waterfront walking area, 24h Subway right net to it and very good supermarket a few mins away. It was a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is my top pick whenever I need to relax. The price matches the quality of the experience. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the internet is fast, and the bathrooms are spotless.

It's not that I dislike it, but I suggest adding more variety to the food, especially at breakfast, because it seems a bit limited. Also, consider providing more seating on the sides of the lobby, as it often gets crowded. Moving some chairs from the center to the sides might help with this.

Hotel need a bit of renovation but this is a small detail as overall it is very comfortable. Room was good, comfortable bed, good shower. Staff is very nice and helpful, they even allowed us to check in earlier. There is a great coffee downstairs in reception. Internet was good. very good price for what it offers. We stayed just 1 night as we had a layover, but worked perfectly well for us.
