The Act Hotel had great rooms, service and breakfast. The staff were always super kind and helpful. My room was massive and an affordable rate. Bed was comfy, bathroom great. AC was too much for me - I don’t normally use it and they said I had to call an engineer to adjust it, which I did, but it still completely dried me out. Breakfast was always a huge wonderful and delicious spread of fruits, veg, hash browns, pancakes, parathas and more more more. Pool is small but swimmable, gym is small but enough. Overall, would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend! Made my stay in Sharjah wonderful

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the beautiful view from the room, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of my stay. The cleanliness standards throughout the hotel were consistently high, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Overall, I found the hotel to be comfortable, professional, and well-suited for both business and leisure stays. I would gladly return and recommend it to others seeking quality accommodation in Sharjah.

The Wi-Fi was a bit difficult to connect to upon arrival, which was slightly inconvenient. However, the issue was resolved by the next morning.

Staff were friendly and helpful, pool small but adequate, steam room very effective. Plentiful drinking water. We were made to feel welcome and there was a willingness to please.

Although Smart TV there are very limited English language options. We used one film channel and screencast. Breakfast buffet had limited options for Western tastes. Though understandable, with staying 27 nights, greater variety eg avocado, smoked fish, berries, pure butter and nut butter for example could be offered. Some crockery and cutlery would be helpful to enable use of the microwave and fridge.

Our stay at Act Hotel Sharjah was overall a great experience. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the porter, Mr. Khan, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We stayed on the 18th floor, and the view of the lagoon and Al Majaz was absolutely stunning, definitely a highlight of our visit. The room itself was very comfortable, with perfectly cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and the ceiling-mounted shower was fantastic, great water pressure and perfect temperature. On the downside, the breakfast options could use some improvement. While the variety was okay, most of the items were cold, which was disappointing. The sauna remained at around 80-85 degrees which is not hot. Another area for improvement is the lobby. It feels outdated and uninspiring, which is a bit underwhelming for an otherwise excellent hotel. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Act Hotel for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and amazing views.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family! The location is perfect, conveniently close to grocery stores and fast food chains, which made our stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to the hotel staff for arranging a birthday cake for my celebration—it was such a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more memorable. The restaurant staff were exceptional—friendly, supportive, and always ready to assist. A big shoutout to Ariel for going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Pool is small and must improve the response timing of housekeeping . I requested three times for them to open the connecting doors.

The room condition was really meet need, and Restaurant having good time with help of the chef Hussam & other chef mooring duty (sorry not remember his name)both help a lot on my food due to may unwell condition of may health, I have remember both Waiters (Arjun & lady Jessica) whom cooperation was well done.

Hope for future to have more option for visiting shopping malls or other things if passable,, please but not that all Bus drivers for (belong hotel) to give more training in this regards well team who cooptation with them give more training well.

We as a big family and booked the hotel for the second time liked the rooms. They are big, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very good and response quickly to our requests. Thanks to the Egyption chief in the restaurant for the great service and very tasty foul. Also many thanks to Islam and Faisal who cleaned our rooms quickly and they were very clean.

The breakfast could be better especially for 5 star hotel. The beeakfast level is for 3 start hotel. There should be also different coffee options to be served and the number of staff is small. They are trying their best to serve everyone but there is small delay as there are very few of them.

Our 2-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The customer service across the reception, restaurant, lobby, valet, and security was excellent. My parents and I were completely satisfied with our stay. Although there was a brief wait for our room to be ready, the hotel handled the situation well by keeping us informed and offering us a late check-out as compensation. A special thank you to Yunisha and Ahmed Ismail for their outstanding service, Sultan at the front desk, Shah Qinar from the restaurant and room service for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and Islam and the housekeeping team for consistently maintaining immaculate rooms.
