The location is perfect and next to all the facilities.

The room curtains were stuck and didn't close. I can't imagine sleeping with the curtains wide open. As a bonus, you can't sleep beyond 6 am when the sun starts shining bright. However, I made an exception for a night. Next day no housekeeping or cleaning was done. When asked about the reason, they said that the guest should ask for housekeeping and inform the reception. What a joke in this age and era. The room was lit up whole night with the outside lights and the irritating green colour light installed on the roof that can never be switched off.

Facilities (was given an option to choose the newly renovated room from the one I selected which was an old room, gladly I selected the new room) , cleanliness (cleaning everyday throughout our entire stay), friendly staff (always smiles, esp. the kabayan receptionist)

Its clean and staff specially staff for cleaning they are good all but 1 only have complain last time we stay we book room 132 or 133 per night but when we pay they say its 299.50.or 75 so its almost 30dirhams sad in this part have staff like that at reception but over all GOOD

Location is just infront of mega mall and surrounded by Restaurent. Ease to move to any directions. Bus, taxis are available near by. Rooms are larger with all amenities.

The property seems to be old.. washroom is totally corroded. Shower doesn’t work properly due to corrosion. Parking spaces are limited but the hotel helps with valet parking .

Ahm stuff not listening many time we call for update the things inside like tissue and remote of tv.no one came and bring what we need.disapointment we have.

the room ws really nice but you should check all the things inside, specially the number 1 needs as always. because of you guys my friend is sick right now. he took shower and theres no towel. I am upset. I was thursday June 30, 2022 around afternoon 4pm.
