Most of time there is no towel.and one day one frontend customer service person fight with me with out my fault he did not check my booking.com reservation he charge his own amount from me.and he told to me next time don't come to hotel.this is the bad experience I had.rest of everything very good and happy.

Location is very good, easy access to markets, restaurants, bus stops. Staff is friendly. Room are clean, washroom upgraded. Good value for money, not very expensive and meet my expectation.

There was slight issue in washroom where water was getting stick in one corner due to improper flooring.

The out side area coorawded. My cards splited around the area. The furnature is old the tolided tail needs more cleaning. The cleaness in over all

Location is middle of the city. Easy access to bus and they have special parking area behind the hotel which is free. As per the price this location of hotel is great easy access to local shopping and street foods. Moreover they provided Extra beds for my kids.

Hotel bathroom door lock was broken and informed they will repair as soon as possible.

I like how the receiptionist was approchable and easy to talk, he also inform us how many hours or minutes we have to wait for the room to be ready.

No thing to like

The cleaniness is bad , one window is broken , and remaining open disturbing the sleeping all noises outside is can be heared inside , toilet is not clean , they said they are two sofa can be used as beds , when we reached they brought two matreses. To reach the car park no turmuck.
