The breakfast was good. There were minimal main course options for foreigners, like eggs, a type of sausage, some type of sandwich, some type of roll which were good but cucumber, carrot, tomato, were always available for a light choice. The fruits were always plentiful and there were pinapple, green and red apples, orange, watermelon and melon available. The restaurant service was very price efficient and tasteful. I recommend the steak as a fulfilling meal. AC was good and rooms were clean.

My phone in the room was not working since it could not be plugged in. The one in the WC worked and I used that. The wifi also tends to cut off sometimes for a minute before coming back. I don't know the cause of this. The location is not ideal for me since it doesnt have any malls or known fast food restaurants nearby.

The staff was super-friendly! I felt safe and was walking distance to the waterfront area. It was a quiet and beautiful walk.

The lighting in the room was a little dark.

Very nice hotel and facilities, friendly staff and amazing food offer! We got the room earlier than the original check-in time was, which was really helpful. Everything for super clean, the location is convenient if you want to visit either Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Ajman as well (everything possible by bus or taxi). A lot of restaurants and shops also available nearby. If we had the opportunity to visit Sharjah again in the future, we would definitely choose this hotel!

The location next corniche very relaxing, staff very attentive, polite, hospitality and flexible. They were very efficient and quick attending our needs. The amnesties were provided as what we are expected. The bed we requested have been accommodated in spite of the fully occupied and busy operation as we informed them that we are celebration our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was excellent with a good enough variety of food and beverages. The F&B a la carte prices were unbelievable can’t believed very affordable. We appreciated the call about the breakfast and the timings. The Sri Lankan lifeguard assisted us as well and giving us information. The receptionist are well presentable and welcoming nice gesture of hospitality service us me and my wife working in the same industry. We apologize we forgot their names but overall the team members of the hotel were amazing. WE THANK YOU ALL! keep it up

Nothing that we don’t like maybe a room for better improvement for personalize service to decorate the room for the occasion. We know that it’s a same day booking but maybe you can arrange some towel folding that will and some sweet ambiance at the room as we celebrated anniversary but again overall amazing team great deal 👌☺️

Parking although available but a bit of issue as rhe valet parking drivers are lazy to manage your vehicle parking despite of the front desk confirming beofre booking that "our drivers will take care of the parking dont worry sir "

The staff was very friendly. They also upgrade deluxe to suite room. The hotel also provide currency exchange with standard exchange rates. The location is also near to corniche and nearby 24 hour restaurants and groceries. Highly recommended for their service and location

Service is absolutely fantastic. No questions remain unanswered. Exceptional order and very clean room, towels also smell fantastic. Filling breakfast also kickstarts the fancy morning.
