I enjoyed my stay there for 6 days..the staff are accommodating and hospitable they take action very quickly and mention the manager he is a good guy and very responsible for his job seriously..thanks sharjah plaza hotel

Location is very good as I needed to be near the main bus station which is only a 15 minute walk away. There are also lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket just across the road. My room had some new furnishings to refresh an otherwise ageing appearance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. I would recommend the hotel as it seems to be about the best value for money hotel available in Sharjah.

Ceiling fan didn't work in my room, so it was a little warm. Staff promised to send someone up to check it, but never did. Nevertheless it was a minor issue as I was able to keep the window open to cool it down, although that made the room quite noisy due to the traffic on the main road outside.

I recently stayed at Sharjah Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the room space and facilities were great. However, my interaction with a lady staff member at the reception was marred by rudeness and arrogance, highlighting a need for improved customer service training. Additionally, it would be beneficial if parking could be reserved in advance to address challenges with free parking availability. Despite these concerns, the hotel's overall quality is commendable, with potential for an even better experience with more professional staff.

Location was close to many interesting museums and markets and the small room was satisfactory for one person. For an economy hotel, it has a very nice lobby sitting room that makes it easy to talk to others.

The A/C didn't seem to have a thermostat but was just on and off. (or perhaps the staff did not demonstrate how to find or use the thermostat.) The same with the TV, I had to call the staff to see what gadgets to plug in and what to unplug as the remote controls were not turning on the TV when I entered the room.

Gold Souq and shopping possibilities are just nearby as well as you reach the harbour after a short walk. Reached within 20 minutes from the airport the ride by Taxi for around 90 Dirham is affordable. The team is very friendly, polite and helpful. As the ownership of the hotel changed, the team is in an ongoing process of renewing the facilities and improving the property. I will come again:-)

The staff were amazing. Everytime we asked for anything the staff came straight away and tried to help as much as they could

There were a couple of times when we returned late and there was no parking available however the hotel offered to pay for 2 hours parking in the morning until we were ready to go out

This is so good and to much good hotel good stuff and resption reception staff so good talking for the customer 🥰

If you looking for a budget hotel with reasonable pricing in the heart of Sharjah near Rolla this is a good hotel.

some equipment a bit old, but it is acceptable given the low price. This was the best hotel I stayed at in UAE - according to price/performance ratio.
