I was in this hotel for the second time. I like that it is near the bay. It is possible to visit shopping centers using a transfer, beach Al Khan and now a visit to Dubai Mall is available to order. The room service staff here are always attentive and ready to help. Thank you. They provide an adapter if needed. There are several supermarkets and snack places nearby.

Reception in 2023 was more attentive. Sometimes people who speak only Arabic can be more helpful and valuable. This time hotel asked for 200 dirhams as a deposit for the entire stay, which is very inconvenient. In 2023, I was not asked this. No transfer from and to the airport. High audibility in the rooms, including the morning Azan call to prayer. During my stay, the prices were very high, I was not able to extend my stay and ended up moving to another hotel. Check-out from the rooms at 12:00

I like the service, especially cleaning (Mr.Shipu). Its worth room and facilities for this price.

Food prices are high. I would like to suggest to add asian foods with reasonable price. Try to add some good channels (sports) in TV Channels. Its better to provide morning coffee or Tea with free of cost.

As a guest, I would like to thank Lina at the reception for replying promptly to my requests, and sorting out all the needs to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable by all means. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general. There are plenty of free parking outside the hotel, on the dusty ground. And a lot of groceries around.

I would have appreciated having a complimentary coffee or tea, just for the wake-up time.

I recently stayed at Royal Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Beautiful Maszid. Overall, it offered good value for money. I would recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

When they Said you have to deposit 200 dhs for Security, we didn't like that...Room is not similar as per pictures on Booking.com

The place was clean and quite nice I loved the atmosphere of the place.

The location, it felt a bit uncomfortable but it was alright. Maybe they could put some proper parkings and stuff. One of the rooms that I booked had a broken light which was quite annoying because it kept changing lights, to be specific room 109. Although it's bigger than the other room I booked but the lights were just not it.

I like everything about the hotel. Spacious room. Easy to deal anything with the staff. Great place to stay. I recommend this property.

Water pressure is a bit low for my room. Other than this, everything else is okay.

Nothing, actually timing just have to adjust , I mean some ones check in like afternoon 10 clock but after noon 12 yours Check out time so ….if there pending rooms availability that time this way you would give extra time ….☺️
