The room was clean & comfortable, i particularly want to commend the receptionist ms. Simble, she greeted me please and efficiently handled my check in process. It feel welcome right from start.

Parking, for 2 days i parked my car outside municipality pay n park. Heavy traffic thereafter flood, main tunnel next to hotel is not fully operational yet.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. The location is great especially if you are relocating or just want to stay on a budget and explore UAE especially Dubai. The choice of room service food is well priced I tried many. Room service staff and the reception were polite even when they are very busy, I am normally a patient person. There are many shops and restaurants around too. Which is a bonus. Overall I was satisfied and would like to thank everyone. I would recommend you to stay there. Just stayed for a night due to flight layover, but overall it was a nice stay, the room was good size, bed was comfy, TV, A/C and wifi worked well, staff was pleasant and helped with taxi hailing early morning. The hotel has a lot of food options in-house but we haven't used it, just saw there's lot of choice and not overpriced. Lots of street restaurants and some shops within walking distance in the area as well.

it's not the newest hotel so there are older furniture or equipment pieces, we didn't mind though.

Staff were good. Location was good. Rooms were comfortable,alot of storage space, and generally plenty of room to move around. Cleaner of the room-dont remember his name, very helpful. Ac worked well. Hot water was adequate. Many many affordable eateries in walking distance. Its a no brainer for when I come again, il definitely stay at citymax. Special shout out to Mr.Islam, Madam Simple-always helpful.

This hotel is a budget option and it's mainly suitable if you're just in town for a quick stopover, especially if you have a flight the next day. It’s nothing fancy but it does the job if you just need a place to sleep. The guy at the front desk was welcoming and helpful which made the check-in smooth. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay but don’t expect too much. It’s definitely more about convenience than comfort.

Quite an old facility but it's alright

We as Indian family found this place safe with neat & tidy and we want to appreciate the reception specially Ms Ruby, she was so polite and Thomas in restaurant so nice with the smiling face. We stayed in Room 817 which had a good view and we prefer to get the interlink room with a good view when we bring our daughters in the upper floors ( no smoking area) please share the rates.

From 7th till 9th We had to use the paid parking behind the hotel since we had difficulty to find in the hotel parking, here in Abu Dhabi the hotels have the free parking facilities around the place too.

Everything about the hotel, from the room to the location, was good. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the staff, who were exceptionally helpful and kind. I had an extraordinary experience thanks to their assistance. I booked the room for an online exam which required extra dedicated internet bandwidth and a stable connection. Upon requesting help, the receptionist promptly involved a technician, who then coordinated with the IT team at CityMax's headquarters, presumably in Dubai. They understood my requirements and provided the necessary internet quota, ensuring a smooth and error-free exam experience. I'm thrilled to share that I passed the CISM exam, which was quite challenging. The support and assistance of the staff and IT team played a crucial role in reducing my stress. Their thoughtful gesture of calling me after the exam to congratulate me on my success made me feel at home. Truly, it was an exceptional experience.

Excellent House Keeping staff (Jubayer and team). Clean room that fits your purpose, water and tea coffee stocked every day. Wifi is really good. Felt the stay was well worth the value. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Are is a bit rundown but close to Sharjah Airport that met my purpose.

Plug points are loose and shaky. Next to a main highway so it would be preferrable to book a room to the rear of the hotel to avoid noises from the road coming to your room. Some frequent visits to reception were required due to the iffy hotel room cards and a vague procedure for connecting to wifi.
