I stayed at two bedrooms apartment. The property was very clean and quiet. The location was excellent and they have secured car parking. The swimming pools are very nice in close area with warm water. Good to mansion’s there are open gardens in front of the hotel good for sports and kids.

Ver good location also lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby the area surrounding the hotel, the two bedrooms apartment was spacious and well designed

The parking was tight in it’s design and check in time is late a little bit ( 3 pm )

The cleaning was very good , the location and the parking is perfect , the Egyptian receptionist and the security were so kind specially on the day of the check out

Its a suggestion, that the facility to be more supportive as we stayed 23 days , we requested for extra bed for 10 days only , as we are out of budget but they couldent support us. I have issue with my car battery also on the checkout day , i requested for support to jump start the engine only , the facility they cant provide. And when i call maintinance company they was refusing to let them enter the parking area. I suggest to provide this kind of service to help and support the residents when they are inside the facility.

Good location , Large and convenient appartment , very clean , comfort bed ,polite stuff , strong a/c .

The bedroom curtains don't block the sunlight , no curtains over the glass door looking at the balacony in the kitchen which affecting the privacy , the kitchen hood works only with the kitchen light switch behiend the door , the house keeping took the used towels and didn't replace them (i left the room more than 5 hours which was long enough to make up the room completely), and they switched off the bedroom a/c and increased the living room a/c way higher than i selected (the tempretue outside was 44 degree) which was very uncomfortable after walking 10 min. in this extreme weather , also the house keeping don't clean the dishes (strange hotel rules) , no lake view for one bedroom appartment .

The place was homey , good for family. The view was exhilarating !

Staffs were not that accomodating from the reception to the bell boy. When we came earlier than the expected check in the receptionist was still thinking if they will allow us to stay in the lobby *take note we have kids! But after some thought she allowed us. The Egyptian bell boy was not accomodating at all. Hee just shoved our things in the car without any proper care. They are not friendly! But the house keeping staffs were very polite and friendly 🙂

I liked the spacious flat It had 3 toilets The location was perfect where many restaurants near by .the seawalk was about 4 minutes walk from the hotel and the park was half minute walk from the hotel The breakfast was nice

The furniture was very old style I asked them for upgrade for sea view flat but they were promising the that the manager can do it till the second day the manager said that I have to pay extra for sea view flat .I felt so upset CUZ the flat was available but they were asking for extras

I recently stayed in a two-bedroom apartment at this wonderful hotel on June 17, 2024, and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the major attractions in the city. It’s ideal for families, especially since the hotel features an indoor swimming pool that everyone enjoyed. The price was very reasonable, and we were lucky to have a city view apartment, which added a special touch to our stay. The WiFi was quite good, with a solid 8/10 performance, making it easy to stay connected. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, particularly Mr. Hassan, who called to check if we needed anything and ensured our stay was comfortable.

🍽️🍴 One small suggestion would be to provide a dishwasher in the apartments or have the cleaning staff take care of the dishes, as this would enhance the overall experience

I would like to Thanks Yadhu & Nancy for easy boarding at the receptions. Special thanks to Junaid for his exceptional support on everything. I have stayed 5 nights in the building & trust me they have exceeded my expectation. Go for corniche view & you will never regret, if not go for 1 bhk the balcony was super huge. Rooms are spacious & big. I have stayed many big hotels but trust me Restaurant food is awesome you will get pizza to Indian curry here. Since this is hotel apartments you can easily cook your own liking food & nearby you will find groceries. For emergency pharmacy is there downstairs. Nice location surrounded by Big park & Al Majaz Corniche. Our experience was awesome & credit goes to the hotel management.

One thing we don't like was the chiller which was so chilled even though AC is not running you will feel like in Europe.hahahaha...

one of the best hotels I have visited in my life frankly if it had 6 stars I would have given it everything was up to par I would like to thank the reception staff Hassan, Mohamed, Nancy... who welcome us every time times with their warm welcome their brilliant smile without forgetting the housekeeping team who never neglected us you call them not even 5 minutes they will be there ... a truly professional team I highly recommend this hotel you will not regret believe me

The location and the staff at desk was very helpful. Mr Junaid at reception accommodated me alot during my stay. The cleaning team members Mohammed Alamgir Mahammed Bejaar Mohammed Salu, they made the stay more comfortable by ensuring the apartment was clean and has all essentials.
