Everything was perfect but valet parking and Filipino food was not available.

Good value for money. Check-in and check-out was so quick. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. warmly welcomed by Mr. Sam at the front desk❤️ He was incredibly friendly, cooperative, and made us feel right at home. clean and comfortable rooms, good location.. also they have a really nice rooftop pool. Very helpful staff. In a short period of time we enjoy our stay and feel valued in your service. I deeply appreciated the hospitality of the hotel. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and mall.

The Housekeeping team truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their patience and consistently helpful attitude were much appreciated. A sincere thank you to them. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with mosques and the corniche easily reachable on foot. Access to malls and major roads to Dubai was also very convenient.

Minor things which I think could be improved on. The treadmills require servicing. Carpets could do with a deep clean to remove stains accumulated over time.

Somehow my expectations were lower due to some reviews I had read, but overall this is indeed a 4 star hotel, only a bit older. The rooms probably need some minor renovations for maximum comfort, but I have seen far worse hotels in the UAE in the same price range, so I am happy I chose this one. The "king room" was quite nice, the decoration style was opulent but not gaudy, the bed was very comfortable, and the noise level was ok as it was on the 11th floor. The finishings of the room and bathroom were of good quality. The location is pretty good, walking distance to the Al Majaz Waterfront, and 10 minute drive to other sightseeing objectives like the Al Noor Mosque, the Blue Souq and some museums.

In my room maybe a few pieces of furniture (the armchair, the night stands, the bed lamps) were showing signs of age and should be replaced. The toilet flushing button would sometimes get stuck which was annoying, and the bathtub showed some yellowing due to age.

I recently stayed at the Crystal Plaza Al Majaz Hotel in Sharjah, and I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was not only reasonably priced at 35 dirhams but also offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. The amenities, including the pool, spa, and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and added to the overall luxury. The location was also ideal, with many good restaurants nearby, offering convenience for dining out. I would still highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sharjah. Everything is okay

It's as marvelous, splendid as shown on the pics. We felt indulged in luxury and royal comfort and interiors! Especially we loved a variety of extremely cute, cozy and royal sitting areas/corners designed in different color combinations in the lobby. It's a good chance for taking amazing shots for selfie-lovers like myself :) The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed partial but still stunning lake view from the window! If the GYM/recreational facilities were open we would stay even longer.

We hope the GYM will be renovated and open by the next time we visit, so we could prolong our comfortable stay.

My experience at Crystal Plaza Al Majaz Hotel was simply outstanding. The hotel’s location near Al Majaz Park made it convenient to enjoy peaceful walks by the waterfront. The rooms were well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hospitality of the staff was excellent—they were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel facilities, like the pool and spa, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay in Sharjah

I loved the location and the good value for money. The room was clean and spacious, and room service respond efficiently.

The receptionist was not very friendly. Also, there is no parking valet, so it can be hard sometimes to find yourself a parking spot inside the hotel building. Additionally, most parking slots are too tight: you would need to squeeze yourself out of the car once you park.

Very polite staff, cozy hotel. The rooms have everything you need. Fast internet, which allows you to work online. Special thanks to the nice workers from Pakistan in the cafe on the first floor. I also really liked the hotel staff - Mukta and Roshan. These guys were very polite to me and brought me water and coffee in a timely manner, asked if I had everything.
