Somehow my expectations were lower due to some reviews I had read, but overall this is indeed a 4 star hotel, only a bit older. The rooms probably need some minor renovations for maximum comfort, but I have seen far worse hotels in the UAE in the same price range, so I am happy I chose this one. The "king room" was quite nice, the decoration style was opulent but not gaudy, the bed was very comfortable, and the noise level was ok as it was on the 11th floor. The finishings of the room and bathroom were of good quality. The location is pretty good, walking distance to the Al Majaz Waterfront, and 10 minute drive to other sightseeing objectives like the Al Noor Mosque, the Blue Souq and some museums.

In my room maybe a few pieces of furniture (the armchair, the night stands, the bed lamps) were showing signs of age and should be replaced. The toilet flushing button would sometimes get stuck which was annoying, and the bathtub showed some yellowing due to age.

I recently stayed at the Crystal Plaza Al Majaz Hotel in Sharjah, and I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was not only reasonably priced at 35 dirhams but also offered a variety of delicious options to start the day. The amenities, including the pool, spa, and jacuzzi, were well-maintained and added to the overall luxury. The location was also ideal, with many good restaurants nearby, offering convenience for dining out. I would still highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sharjah. Everything's nice

It's as marvelous, splendid as shown on the pics. We felt indulged in luxury and royal comfort and interiors! Especially we loved a variety of extremely cute, cozy and royal sitting areas/corners designed in different color combinations in the lobby. It's a good chance for taking amazing shots for selfie-lovers like myself :) The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed partial but still stunning lake view from the window! If the GYM/recreational facilities were open we would stay even longer.

We hope the GYM will be renovated and open by the next time we visit, so we could prolong our comfortable stay.

Everything is okay

My experience at Crystal Plaza Al Majaz Hotel was simply outstanding. The hotel’s location near Al Majaz Park made it convenient to enjoy peaceful walks by the waterfront. The rooms were well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hospitality of the staff was excellent—they were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel facilities, like the pool and spa, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay in Sharjah

Great location and friendly staff. Any request was always met with a friendly reply and the staff was always willing to help above and beyond. The hotel was exceeding our expectation and was comfortable. The swimming pool was amazing and very clean and well kept.

Everything in the hotel was amazing so there wasn’t much to complain about. They were constantly cleaning and upgrading the rooms to make sure the good standards were met. Many shops were local. However the hotel restaurant could have had more of a selection of fresh foods and more sun bathing unberellas by the pool. Other than that there’s nothing to complain about.

Comfort staying in the very large upgraded suite (thanks for the upgrade i appreciate that) ,good location and good price ,nice decoration comfort Furniture but a bit old ,delicious room service food with good price ,very fast check in and check out ,they solved every problems very fast except the internet issue.

The Furniture are bit old ,very bad internet connection in the room ,i had to pay for the room service on the spot ,the room needs a better maintenance to maintain the quality of staying .

Before checking with my family in I specifically requested to provide for me a room on the highest floor with a panoramic view, which the management of the hotel provided by following up on our request, which I really appreciated. Upon arrival the staff off the hotel put my family memberships to check in first (as there were two children with us), and again I was being really grateful for this. We truly spent such an amazing time in "Crystal Plaza Al Majaz Hotel", as my children were so excited about an out-door swimming poll - where they swimming daily hours, and what really took my attention was a shuttle bus which was going every day to the beach at 10:am sharp and we were able to come back by then same hotel's bus. By the way, the lobby there reminded me of the ambience of Jumeirah Beach hotel resort, which has certain similarities. The style of the hotel feels quite oriental and luxury the same time, and during our stay it was surprising quiet. Next to the hotel there are plenty of grocery stores, small-scales cafes, and souvenir shops around! The bus station is near by to get Dubai city by paying only 15Dhs) I would like to grant special thanks to the greatest ambassador of the hotel who is Mr.Sam, who was very much courteous, and ready-to-listen-person always ready to help us with our minor requests during our stay. He has such a great sense of humour and a very much dedicated member of this property, which made us feeling to come back soon, which we promised to him in person. Definitely Mr.Sam is to be rewarded for his attention to the details, and excellent service to make our stay so memorable indeed. Thankfully to him we were blown away!

100% worth to stay in hotel, no doubts as the balance between the quality and the price will be beyond your expectations. We want to come back again!

Its been a 25 days in this hotel The staff here are professional and friendly. always smiling and ready to meet my needs. Housekeeping staff every morning would ask if i needed anything or if anything missing and front office staff offered complimentary breakfast and fruit basket. Breakfast was so yummy. I would like to special thanks to Mr. Sam ,Frukhan & entire front team for providing unforgettable hospitality.

All hotel staff treated us like royalty and their service was absolutely impeccable, especially Sam & Furkhan 😊 lovely front doorman. Always greeting us with a lovely smile 😊 The hotel was well-appointed and service was on point. The room is spacious and clean. breakfast very good with a lot of variety.
