The hotel is just opposite of Sahara Centre which is a must visit spot. I got a room with view of the Sahara Centre which is even better. The best part, they didn't ask for any security deposit on check-in and they didn't even inspect the room on checkout. It was super smooth. Overall I'd say my stay was pleasant.

Showers have hot water which I understand is not hotel's fault, it's UAE's weather in-general. But I asked hotel staff for a bucket or something so that I could store water at night and then use it in the morning. They replied that they'll get back to me, but they didn't :-(. I think when requested, at-least a bucket should be provided. Also, their restaurant was under renovation or something, so I had to order food from outside.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were extremely caring, always smiling and offering a warm welcome. I felt like they truly cared about my comfort. I always visit this hotel and always leave feeling great. A special thanks to Rose, Silvam, and Sapan from the cleaning department for their excellent service. I also want to express my gratitude to the manager, Mr. Syed, who was very helpful throughout my stay. The location is fantastic and easily accessible to nearby markets and surrounding areas. Thanks again to everyone for making my stay so pleasant! .

I like the place because it is just opposite to the mall and also it is accessible for transportation to Dubai, my kababayan and the other people in the reception are very welcoming, they are very accommodating and friendly

The water in the bathroom is slow to subside, usually it floods in the bathrooms

The room, kitchen, and suite facilities. Bed mattress wasn't very comfortable though.

I had to ask several times for fly-repeller spray; was a bit annoying the first tao days of ny stay. Afterwards, it was very comfortable and clean.

Location

There was no provision for drinking water in the rooms. We were forced to carry drinking water from outside grocery, even though we were willing to pay for it if provided by the hotel. At least they could install a wending machine, each floor for guest to purchase drinking water conveniently.

Good location, receptionist was very helpful my room Ac was not working when I check in and I called the front office and she apologized and try to fix the problem but at the end she has to change the room.

Here the staff is so accommodating, welcoming and keeps smiling very well Keep it up. Very convenient nearby attractions at Sahara Mall, Nesto Mall, very easy to get to Dubai. Special thanks to Rose and manger is very kind Mr.saeed, I will recommend everyone this place.

The property served as a second house with complete kitchen appliances, with a bathroom with a tub. The staff were all hospitable, especially Rose and Essa. The place is situated near to all types of shops and restaurants and near to Dubai.
