What makes this place even more extraordinary is the incredible hospitality of Mr. Rajender and Miss Kavya at the front reception. Their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering dedication create an experience that is nothing short of exceptional. Their professional attittude make every stay memorable, leaving a lasting impression long after I leave. It is because of them that I keep coming back, time and time again. During our stay at Dubai Grand Hotel by Fortune, my two kids and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to the airport and metro, making travel convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when we needed a few extensions due to flight arrangements—they were cooperative and made the process hassle-free. My kids enjoyed the terrace pool, even though it could get a bit crowded. The dining options were diverse and offered quality meals. Overall, it’s a great choice for families seeking comfort and excellent service in Dubai.

The Receptionists/Front Desk, Ms. Kavya and her colleques did a great job in taking care of my stay and not to mention the room service deligence in handling the cleanlines of the habitat. Absolutely Nothing!

This is my go-to place whenever I visit Dubai and value for money and easy access to all available transportation methods (Car, Taxi, Bus, and Metro) also in-house restaurants, and sports bars worth a mention. Staff friendly and special mention of Ms. Kavya Kumari at the front desk. extremely helpful.

Only matter that I have concerns that some of the rooms are a bit noisy at night and better sealing will do a world of good.

Everything and Everyone were simply amazing. Location, facilities, food, cleanliness, staff, their service, pricing every thing is simple Superb. I Loved it

Hotel should change the lights from yellow to white and cleaning staff should clean full rooms and the bedding after 1 or 2 days

Nice and clean hotel. It's run by Indians so rooms are kind of Indian style fancy but nice and they are quite big fir the price. And the mix of Indian, Arabic and Western food on breakfast was just outstanding. 15 minutes easy walk to Dubai Metro. Good stable wifi.

A little noisy as there was some party at a bar next building but it was not SO bad. Otherwise no big issues.

The staffs were very friendly and guided very well too. The toiletries from body lotion to conditioner was abundant.

Sometimes room was not made. Unfortunately was not able to dry clothes. In instances it will be loud, outside the hotel

It's was very quick check in .The housekeeping was was very good quickly they clean the room everything good job 👏 👍

The price for beer it's expensive
