The location was spot on – we were close to all the cool stuff. Our apartment was huge and clean, with plenty of space to relax. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. And with a pool and gym, there was plenty to do when we weren't out exploring. Honestly, it was the perfect place to stay in Dubai, and we'd totally recommend it to anyone!

Honestly, there wasn't a single thing we didn't like about Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments. It was truly a perfect stay, with a great location, spacious apartment, and amazing staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Dubai!

The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved that there was a functioning washing machine and other kitchen items. My stay was very comfortable with staff who were always ready to serve and answer all questions. There was a tour operator on site who assisted to provide affordable tickets to various attractions. There were many eating places close to the hotel, as well as currency exchanges.

It was a little difficult finding a taxi from the hotel. The neighborhood is in the older part of Dubai and not too close to the new attractions.

Everything is fine when we stayed, Staff’s are good and we enjoyed our room it was clean and your family will enjoy the place.

1. It was only minimal about the kitchen drainage when we start to use the the washing machine the water leak out on the floor. 2. I was msging the property thru booking.com and they responded very late, there was a last msg that i asked them about the check in but they responded very late and we already check in the apartment when they responded.

Good Wifi, and AC. - Perfect location, 10 mins from Airport , in walking distance to restaurants, breakfast cafes. Fresh juices, hair dressers, Bakery, pharmacy, Emergency hospital. Could not ask for a better location, most of the cafes and restaurants offer free delivery to your room - Very courteous and friendly staff as usual, a huge shout out to Adeel at night security, Rudy on Concierge desk, Muhammad Istiak and Noor at Reception. and finally not to forget the House keeping guys. Looking forward to our next visit.

No real issues.

Front office and housekeeping staff are exceptionally cooperative and professional. Specifically, Mr. Jobish, Mr. Dilip from FO, and Mr. Imran from the housekeeping teams are highly recommended. They are always ready to extra mile to serve the guests with their professionalism. I mostly like these services and overall it's highly commended for any guest going to UAE for business or leisure.

It was an overall satisfaction for me and nothing to mention about unlike.

I had rented an apartment and it was clean with all possible or required amenities. I did not receive any breakfast didn't know if it was included.

Parking space was difficult to find some time. The area is a bit crowded for car but overall a good stay.

The hotel is near the airport. There is a lot of restaurants, grocery, salon & other shops nearby. All convenient for us. We booked room with 4-single beds but luckily we were upgraded to a family room with 2 bedrooms, sala & kitchen. Thank You so much for that. Such a great experience coz we cooked our own food.

My fiance and I stayed in Emirates Stars Hotel apartments for approximately 18 days. I am American and she is Filipina. The size of the room and living room were incredible, especially for the price! Housekeeping (Jahid, Kumire, Bobarul) were exceptional and gave extra water and towels sometimes. They cleaned very well. I loved the air conditioner the absolute best! We loved the stove and appliances, etc...complete kitchen and very quiet location. I loved having a tv in the living room and in the bedroom, with hdmi ports. Lots of stores and markets literally downstairs from the hotel. The mini balcony was also nice. They also readily provided several power converters. Overall, the hotel management were very responsive to all requests. Very rarely did we have any issue. Very clean hotel! Very good closet space! Lots of taxis nearby.

The microwave didn't work, but they replaced it immediately. The shower was lukewarm at best, and they only provide giant wash cloths. Next time I will definitely bring my own wash cloths. Moreover, showering in cold water was not pleasant, but not a deal breaker. The wifi was sub par and often could not support streaming and downloads usually took day(s). We also lost access to our key cards on two random occasions. The pool and jacuzzi looked nice but closed very very early. None of these things are deal breakers but contributed to the overall experience. Nearby stores were ok, but don't expect too much western foods and/or restaurants nearby, except for Baskin Robins and Dominoes. Just cook or order your foods on the Careem app. Furniture was acceptable, not luxurious.

This was a very difficult trip to be with my son and his wife for Cancer surgery and resulting serious infection. It was day by day and the staff were so kind and helpful on days I didn't even know what day it was. The front desk always asked about him and made me feel very cared about. I slept the nights, and his wife came for a nap a few days...and just a few minutes walk from NMC Specialty Hospital. Made an awful time easier...Thank you! Theresa Maurer
