The hotel is new and very welcoming, making you feel at home.The facilities in use at the hotel was well maintained for example the gym was well equipped.The kids enjoyed playing in the play room and the pool was exquisite.The staff were warm, welcoming, polite and helpful.The location was just perfect as we had restaurants,metro and shops nearby. What made the location even better was we got a beautiful view of the city. We will surely recommend it to families and friends.

Breakfast was excellent, size of room was excellent, comfortable beds.

I will begin by saying that the concierge (whose name we honestly forgot, but not his figure - young, slim, in his 20s-early 30s, Indian, wearing glasses) was very professional, polite and talkative to us. We were delighted by this kind of welcome. We hadn”t been to Dubai in the last decade and we were pleased with the conversation this gentleman started with us. You should give him a raise. The room was really spacious, we were not expecting that. The bathroom was also very neat and modern, the beds were tidy and very comfortable. The cleaning service does a good job! The food was also good and we were pleasantly surprised by the morning staff during the breakfast routine: very respectful and ready to address any need.

They could improve their breakfast, because it is not very diverse and that unfortunately contrasts with the rest of the offered amenities.

My Stay at La Zona Continental Hotel – Dubai (Gulf Food 2025) For my visit to Gulf Food 2025, I stayed at La Zona Continental Hotel in Dubai. This time, I chose this hotel due to its prime location, cleanliness, and accessibility, and overall, it turned out to be a good experience. Hotel Overview & Location - The hotel is situated in a central area with easy access to the Metro, making it convenient for traveling around the city. - Being located on the main road, it offers a hassle-free commute with nearby restaurants, shops, and other essential services. Room & Amenities - The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, which was a major plus. - I had a beautiful main road and airport view, adding to the overall comfort. - All toiletries were available, which made the stay more convenient. - Daily housekeeping was done well, ensuring a neat and fresh environment every day. Service & Staff - The hotel staff was helpful and responsive. - Although not a major issue, the air freshener placed outside my room and in the lobby had an extremely strong fragrance. - I requested them to turn it off at night, and despite it not being a hotel policy, they were kind enough to accommodate my request. Pricing & Value for Money - The room rates were reasonable, neither too expensive nor too low. - Considering the location, services, and room quality, the hotel provided good value for money. Final Verdict - My overall stay was good, with comfort, cleanliness, and convenience being the highlights. - Except for the air freshener issue, which was quickly addressed, I had no complaints. - I would definitely consider staying here again for future visits.

I have stayed couple of times and every time not less than a week. Ahmed from the reception staff I guess he was the manager was very nice and very professional .

I have stayed there couple of times some rooms had a little noise from outside and also in the rooms that has doors as a connecting door you could hear the other room clearly which was annoying and uncomfortable. I had one incident one night the next room had maybe 3 guys and the snoring was so loud that it woke me up the sound insulation was so bad I went down and complaint the Egyptian guy in the reception just decided to ignore me and very coldly there's nothing I can do so we had a heat up conversation back and forth as I was so annoyed at 4am and he said we don't have another room to shift you . After a long argument suddenly he agreed to shift me to another room.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is perfect—situated near restaurants shops and public transport The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests.

The hotel was excellent; the facilities were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything about my stay was enjoyable.

IIn my booked room, there is no oven. Adding a microwave oven to the room would be beneficial; I believe this is the only downside I found.

Amazing architecture and so clean everywhere you go. The staff was great especially Evelyn who offered to look after our 4 months old baby so we can eat together. What a considerate gesture which went above and beyond what we could imagine.
