Room, location and breakfast

Behaviour of staff at reception. Very rude, biased and completely non cooperative. Unacceptable and threatening behaviour. Have done country discrimination. I have stayed earlier for past 3 years every 3 months once. First time was this behaviour

Bar music sound vibrations in my room inside, swimming pool more than one month in maintenance condition.

We had a great experience with this Hotel. We are looking forward to stay longer in the future. The Hotel was nice and clean. Good location. Great value of money. I recommend Sir Hamid, he was really accommodating and he even tour us around the Hotel and shows us what amenities and offers available. We really feel how welcoming he is. He completed our hotel experience. Thank you also to Ms. Maria from housekeeping department for assisting us with the housekeeping needs and concerns. Thank you also to other team of the Hotel for warm welcome :) Sir Murali and Sara who always welcome and smile at us every she saw us. what a lovely and sweet lady :) Thank you so much! we will comeback for sure. 4 star category. Environment is very good. Few minutes walk from Salah Aldin metro station or Abu Bakar Siddique metro station. So easy to travel from DXB Airport through metro. Staffs are very supportive specially Komal and Alina. They are really good, always welcome us with smiling faces. I wish them gradual promotion.

Room service is good. But my wife required more cleanliness specially for bedroom floors. However room cleaning has been done regularly.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially miss Nawres, who worked with customer satisfaction at the front desk. The room we got at first didn’t meet our expectations but she was really great and helped us by finding another available room. The rooms are very spacious! This hotel also has a great pool and is at a convenient location in old Dubai, close to shops, and close to the airport.

When the airport is near it is also a bit loud from all the airplanes taking off and landing all the time. My first room had a strong smell of cigarettes and was noisy all night from one of the clubs. But the new room was great!

the front desk woman named something like Yasmine or Yem upgraded our room for one night stay from standard to suite room. it was nice room.

too early closing their facilities such as swimming pool, spa and gym like about 6pm or 7pm.

Management side Mr Peter and Mr Nathan were very helpful in changing my room promptly unlike those from the reception side who were only mouthing platitudes n doing really nothing. They definitely need to match their actions with words.

The loud music (noise really!!) emanating from the bars from 11 pm to 3.30 am daily n disturbing sleep of guests is something totally unbearable. Also the lifts were smelly all the time with bad odour. My first room was having lingering smell of tobacco which shows lack of refreshing the rooms. Both of my rooms had roaches infestation in bathrooms. The entry time of 4 pm was also unduly delayed although we reached an hour early at 2 pm. Rooms should have been ready at least by the promised time of 3 pm.
