Very friendly and efficient staff from front desk to room cleaners; always willing to help in a timely manner. When a water pipe burst in my bathroom the staff, and in particular, Mr Shahil, sorted out the problem very quickly and efficiently.

The inter-net needs upgrading as the signal in my room was continually being lost + tv/media needs upgrading as no Netflix nor range of news programmes available.

I called twice in the morning and afternoon for dental kit however I didn't receive and the door stopper is not in good condition

The hotel location was very good, and it was very convenient as there were many public transportation options.

I felt uncomfortable because the entertainment bar located on the first floor of the hotel was noisy until late at night.

I like the different little treats that they prepair for us during the our stay.

1. Television channels is not working even you tune in it to find the channel that you wanted 2. Refrigerator is not working at all. 3.Bathroom is okay if you are alone, but if you want to be with your partner not recommended.

Need to work on pest control as well as the pipe in toilet was broken due to which water was flowing on the floor

I really feel very bad because on that day my partner was birthday and I request for cake when I book the hotel. But I didn't get it. This is make my unhappy. If they can't provide they just need to inform. I buy it at mid night from outside.

The staffs are very accommodating most especially Suhail. He was giving his utmost support in managing simple favors from the guest. The room is so comfy to stay plus the factor that the place is very accessible to cater your basic needs of stay. For that, I'm happy to come back there again. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!😊
