I left my luggage and they forgot to give me a bag tag, when i was collecting the luggage later took couple of minutes to hand them to me, i will advise them to ensure they give bag tags to people.

The Entrance Scent was So Crazy & Amazing. Full of Positivity & Energetic Vibes. The Bathroom Is So Clean. The Bed Garment Is So Comfy & Clean As Well. The Most Amazing Thing Is That The Security Men Are So Friendly & Have Vision of Experience.

Unfortunately, I Care For Lightening Which Made Me Intense Which Also Affected My Stay With My Fiancee Lightening Is So Bad. A Hotel & A Has A Small TV Screen, Are You Kidding!! Nothing In The Fridge At All & No Food Menus.

The staffs were very polite. Thanks to Mr. Adnan Malik and Mr. Najeeb who welcomed me and assisted me with my reservation, and to also the staffs in the day time the one who checked me out, i appreciate. It was quite comfortable and nice.

I was surprised the Hotel didn't have drinking water in the room for guest which isn't good enough as someone can choke in the night or at any given time which can be an emergency. So guys, I request the management to work on this very important point 👉.

I really liked this hotel and I recommend it. Especially location is fantactic (near Union station - red and green line of metro). Room was cleaned every day and stuff was very helpful (I could keep my suitcase in reception till the evening, when my plane was leaving). Very good choise, if you look for good location, pleasant stuff, and clean room together with a good price.

Nice Staff and services. Mostly I like is the location near to restaurants and metro. They clean also every single day. I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends. Good Job ❤️

K-Hotel location is great, closer shopping Malls, Alghurir and Alreef and Ansar Galary, many restaurants and Hyper and Supermarkets. for transportation, Metro Union and Salah-eldin stations just behind, as well as Bus station on both sides, rooms are very clean and services is excellent , Hotel staff friendly and supportive welocme, I would like to Thanks Mr. Saidur receptionist and Mr. Kazim for the assistance and cooperative.

I've stayed here a few times and every time I've stayed I have not had any problems. The rooms are incredibly clean and the staff are always very attentive and willing to help with anything that you need. I would recommend anyone to stay here as it's great value for money.

The showers aren't as hot as I'd like but I imagine would be warm enough for most people. Have to pay for water in your rooms. Other than that - given the price you pay for the hotel I would say it meets my expectations.

İnternet Wifi was fast, I can play Mobile Legends smoothly. And the Receptionist and Security Guard was so Polite.

There's no parking Lot which is written in this apps, the Swimming pool closed so early. Some of the outlet and lights is not working so it needs to be replace with a new one.

Easy of check-in and check-out procedures. All hotel staff were friendly. There was no delay in responding to requests and assistance. The room was clean. Close to services and markets , Very close to Al Ghurair Mall. There is also a mosque nearby. I will return to stay there.
