I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2015, but this time if it was different, the staff gave me a feeling that I was making it inconvenient for them when trying to check in and when I was checking out.

My room was all paid for before I arrived, this hotel doesn’t have a mini bar and doesn’t charge a deposit. I was checking out at 2 am because I had an early boarding flight, I was still meant to wait more than 20 minutes while someone had to check my room. I’ve been visiting this hotel since 2015, I felt like I was being held hostage. It is unlikely I will return to this hotel.

The lobby exudes elegance and sophistication, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts guests at ease. Check-in was seamless, with the staff efficiently handling all necessary formalities while ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay as I was travelling with my infant. As I made my way to my room, I could not help but admire the immaculate condition of the hotel's facilities. One aspect that sets Comfort Inn apart from others is its unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the staffs "Some special mentions" Mr. Faisal, Mr. Ali, Mr. Emaad, Mr. Jerome, Mr. Anwar (Reception Team), Mr. Usman (Security), Mr. Hussain (Concierge), Mr. Nihal, Mr. Ubaidullah & Mr. Khokan (Housekeeping Team) Mr. Sami (Security Supervisor) Mr. Akidul & Mr. Yaqoob (Hospitality) went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist were truly commendable. In addition to its exceptional accommodations and amenities. Overall, my visit to Comfort Inn was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed; every aspect of my exceeded my expectations. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn Hotel in Deira, Dubai for a duration of 3 weeks, and I am thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel offers excellent facilities that cater to all your needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect for those seeking a calm and quiet place to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The front desk and housekeeping services are exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure guests are well taken care of. A special mention goes to Hussain from the front desk support team, who was incredibly supportive and kind. He was also kind enough to provided invaluable guidance about the best places to visit and the top eateries in and around Dubai. All the staff in general are really well trained and professional. It has a parking space and also very wide comfortable lobby area where you can meet your guest as well. The pool facility at the hotel is also outstanding, providing a great spot to relax and refresh. I would highly recommend Comfort Inn Hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. It truly offers a home away from home with excellent service and top-notch amenities

Nothing, It was as per my expectations from all angle.

The location is very close to Union Metro Station, the interchange between the Red and Green metro lines. Nearby, there is a shopping mall, a night market, and two stores with thousands of gift options—Day to Day Shop and Gift Land, which operates 24 hours.

The hotel does not provide any water. The bathroom had a bathtub, but it was not functional. While it may not be the best hotel to stay in, it offers good value for the price.

I booked this place the last minute and I stayed here for 5 nights, as I ran out of options. I was first bit unsure whether this hotel is good or not due to various reviews. But I am highly satisfied with their service. This hotel is just 5minutes walk away from the Union Metro and there are lots of food and shopping options around. The staff are very helpful to all our requests. I had a midnight departure flight and the staff even let me keep my bags until that day evening after checkin out in the afternoon. Their rooms are spacious and clean with all amenities. Their room service is good too. I didn't have time to use their pool though. Great location, walking distance to Baniyas square, gold souq, Baniyas Ferry station, Deira city centre and many more. I think they deserve 5stars for their service. I would definitely come here the next time I visit Dubai. And I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient decent hotel in Dubai.

Thanks in great part to the first-rate hotel I stayed in, my recent vacation to the UAE was rather remarkable. Situated in the energetic center of the city, its site was ideal. Not far away, a busy metro station named Union pulsed with activity providing easy access to both of the major lines. Entering my room felt like finding a peaceful shelter. Keeping every surface perfect, the housekeeping staff were actual magicians. Plush towels came apparently out of thin air, and the clean, welcoming bed linens promised a night of rich sleep. But the hotel staff was really outstanding. They projected warmth and real kindness from the time I arrived. Among them, Ali really shone. He not only smiled warmly and easily handled my early check-in request, but his attention during my stay was really outstanding. He checked in often to make sure everything was beyond my expectations, seeming to know my wants. His commitment to my comfort made me feel really cared for, therefore producing a very unique and unforgettable experience.

I couldn't find anything to complain about during my stay.

The cleaners/waiters were very polite and well mannered , All the receptionist guys were very friendly and helpful. The first few days I was ordering food from outside. But then I realised they had really good food in the hotel( I'm a fussy eater). Yes, they didn't provide water but that wasn't a big deal because there is a giant hypermarket right next to them much cheaper then Carrefour. I slept like a baby with ear plugs.

Everything was great

I liked the Comfort Inn. The staff was very polite, helpful and caring. The location is amazing, close to foods, shopping and travelling. Service was excellent. Whenever I asked for help and necessities, it was immediately provided.

The only thing which I had noticed was the sofas were not so clean, and the windows were enormously dusty. The furniture was a bit outdated. Carpets need to be upgraded.

Good location near metro. Very helpful personnel. Comfortable bed. Grocery shop opposite hotel and other shops around the corner. Busy area but felt safe.

Only one towel in the bathroom. Unravelling carpet - beware of stumbling. Electric kettle with only teebags and sugar, no coffee. Be prepared that if you are planning to take a taxi to the airport during rush hours, it's almost impossible to catch one and might take up to two hours - so be on time!
