I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Madhushani for her exceptional efforts in understanding the best ways to deliver top-notch customer service. Her dedication and attention to detail in handling requests are truly commendable. I would say Landmark Summit is lucky to have such a gem on the team. Additionally, I want to extend my appreciation to the night housekeeping team, who were incredibly attentive, and to the maintenance staff, particularly the maintenance guy. He was not only gentle but also quick to understand and address all concerns. Overall, it was another wonderful stay, and I’m grateful to once again be part of the Landmark family.

However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the reception staff. While both the evening shift receptionist guy and the morning shift receptionist girl were functional in their roles, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of politeness and positive behaviour. A little more warmth and courtesy would go a long way in elevating the guest experience. Understanding the importance of hospitality and creating a welcoming environment can make a significant difference.

Night Shift Syed Receptionist

I keep coming back because it's conveniently located just one building away from home. Initially, I wasn't pleased with the facilities due to cleanliness issues and the presence of cockroaches. However, things have improved over time. I now appreciate their rooms, which have become increasingly comfortable.

I have not had any significant complaints thus far, as the facility continues to improve steadily. I appreciate the ongoing enhancements and the overall positive direction in which the property is heading. However, I would suggest paying closer attention to cleaning the bathrooms, carpets, and the area under the bed. These improvements would further enhance the guest experience and uphold a higher standard of hygiene.

I had the pleasure of interacting with D. Madhushani, and I must say that their customer service was outstanding. Madhushani went above and beyond to address all my concerns with exceptional professionalism and a positive attitude. Their thorough knowledge, patience, and willingness to help make the entire experience seamless and pleasant. The Staff is exceptionally friendly. I had a room right behind the elevator (Room #601) and requested a more quiet room far away from the elevator and it was not a problem at all. I was very comfortable and extended my stay in this hotel. Cleaning service is also taking care about special needs, in particular thanks to Mr. Muhammad Sabry, and also the entire staff dealt with me professionally. Hotel restaurant also nice, had a Pancit Canton to my liking (AED 26). Overall good value for money and the location near to Al Rigga Road puts you in the center of Deira where every day shopping, restaurants and sight seeing spots in old Dubai are in walking distance. Would come again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good coffee in small ground floor cafe, good food, good value and fun environment at the in-house Filipino style restaurant.

The hotel has probably passed the 'summit' of its career, perhaps eclipsed by the Landmark Grand and Riqqa. The room which although large, comfortable and adequately equipped, showed it's age with some worn fittings etc, especially in the bathroom. However, it is still a great budget option.

The hotel was walking distance from the train station. Cleaning staff worked around your schedule when they cleaned the room. Syed from the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about sightseeing around Dubia, his service was outstanding. We had a chief in the am making our eggs every Moring, great cook on the staff!

This place was clean and very nice to stay at, when we come back, we will stay here!!

Room curtains has lot of dust and it is not being vacuuming properly.. Some of the The reception staffs were irresponsible and disrespectful...this can japradize it's good view ..this was already been escalated to the supervisor Miss Madhu and hope she will address it
