I like how professional the staff were. I like to commend people from our check-in till check out. For the check-in, I thanked Ms. Fatima who assisted us and it went well and smooth. For Ms. Jean of Banquets I would like to take this opportunity to thanked her for assisting us with our events, She's very helpful and kind and I must say that her assistance is exemplary and always take an extra mile to meet our requirements and she nailed it. Food in our events are mouth watering and I appreciate how it has been arranged at the buffet table. Also to Mr. Pawan of Banquets that every now and then is very helpful to every needs of my colleagues with our Events. Kudos to you guys! Our party became memorable with your help. During our stay, it was a nice room and we liked it. During our check out, Thank you Mr. Firas for your fast service. For sure, Carlton is a nice place to stay having staff who are helpful and kind especially if you will have your Events, contact immediately Ms. Jean and for sure she will help you with the execution of a memorable and wonderful events may it be birthday parties, christmas parties or wedding you can contact her and with a big smile she will assist you to the best that she can.

So far I can say that everything is fine.

Good breakfast A lot of variety to meet all tastes really liked the spring rolls and samosas in the morning and spicy food on offer and the healthy option of salads

That the pool closed too early - children's room aircon was too cold and did not allow adjustment we asked for it to be repaired but no change so we would turn it off at night as it was cooler outside

The place, professionalism of the Staff. Props to Ms. Fatima, Ms. Mona (hope i remeber her name right), Mr. Firaz and the Filipina lady (w/ a short hair), they are always assisting us during our 4 times of stay, early check in assistance, extended stay, and other concerns. Definitely worth it and will gonna book on this same hotel on to our next trip to Dubai.

The staff at the reception Miss Fatima is very professional and accomodating during our check in. Her male colleague ( i don't remember his name) who showed us the room for we preferred non smoking is also very kind and profesional.

As I have booked an executive room, I was informed upon check in that there are no executive rooms already for the executive lounge has already been closed. So deluxe and executive rooms I believe are now the same although upon booking there is a difference in the price of the rooms (deluxe and executive) which is quite deceiving. No slippers provided, no bathrobe as specified, very basic cable channels.

1. Modern hotel with comfortable rooms 2. Huge gym and fancy roof pool are available 3. Breakfast is exceptional 4. Stuff very polite (we come at 8am and they gave us a room, even we planned to wait until at least 1pm)

1. Location is not so proper, specially for family with kids, it is far away from all famous buldings/areas

professional stuff, especially restaurant team was excellent. Delicious food and breakfast. Central location, close to airport. Rooms were clean and also cleaned daily. They were responsive for any request.

Price is on the high side. AC is kind of fixed and you can not heat the room when needed. You can make it colder but not warmer. Old system. No window is available in the room to have some fresh air.

Very clean great customer service great value, restaurant prices high especially beers..

Food was amazing!! Staff at the reception was helpful. Location was excellent. Good value for money.

Had opted for a king size bed but was given two single beds combined. Bed needs to be a little more soft and comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff Security at d door will always rush to welcome us and staff named Victor also extremely helpful with our luggages and well informed about local amenities whn we enquired.

Bathroom tiles needs a little bit more cleaning/painting... Pillows not comfy...too thin/flat

As a 5 star...tap in bathroom broken. No slippers. Breakfast wasn't a 5 star at all.Landmark Grand Hotel at a 3 star had a better breakfast. Puddles of water outside In rain,,difficult to get into taxi.
