When we arrived at the hotel at around 7am in the morning, we were dealt with by Pawan. He was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out, including information regarding a taxi back to the airport. He is very efficient and instils confidence in guests. All the staff we met at the hotel were very nice. Our room cleaner was very polite and helpful. This hotel is in a fabulous location near to the main metro hub of Union and many shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately the hotel swimming pool did not live up to my expectations. The pictures on Booking.com featured what we believed to be an outdoor swimming pool, however, the pool had a retractable roof, which made the place quite dark. Besides that, the place was full of furniture and looks like it's used for pool parties/discos. The first day when we used it there were no sunbeds to lie on, however, they put 2 in, which we used, the day after. It's not the kind of place that you feel you can sit around and enjoy the fresh air, and it's a pity because, otherwise, this is a fabulous hotel. For this reason we probably wouldn't go back to this hotel despite the staff being lovely.

The breakfast was excellent, they made my usual eggs on time and the waiters were so nice. Imran made sure I have my breakfast packed since I had a morning flight.that was soo thoughtful. They offered me a rose on my birthday.

They should fix the elevator sometimes it is shaky, the wifi is sometimes slow at night.

Despite few drawbacks. We have a wonderful stay. Thanks to floor in charge, Ms. KIKI. Taken care of the lack of supplies. Reception were the highlight, Mr.Abdul were able to resolve any issues that you throw at him. Looking forward to staying again the coming month.

There's a construction going on the building, you would hear the big bang right above your head all day, At night there are few clubs up and down where you would be disturbed by the lack of soundproof walls. Towels and other amenities are kept for one person, where we booked for 2+2.

The best thing about the hotel is the reception of Mr. Sumanta. He is a very, very wonderful person who is good at dealing with customers wonderfully. I intended to book one night, and by meeting Mr. Sumanta, I will spend all my stay in this hotel.

The cleaners were exceptionally helpful. The reception wasn’t a bad one at all. Their electrician is really good. Infact, all the staff are welcoming

I was not informed before renovation work started on my floor. Woke up one morning by the strong smell of turpentine all over the floor and my wife had to battle it out with her breathing since she is asthmatic.

Modern touch to the room and in room amenities giving a great feel

Wifi connection was so poor and housekeeping never came to connect the beds after getting twin beds despite selecting one queen size bed.

My checking experience, all the services need I request got answered.

I love all my experience I received from the hotel specially the room I stayed it was spacious.

The hotel is well organised, the room is very clean and the interior looks amazing the lighting are on point, and the staffs one of a kind very helpful most especially the staffs at the reception they made my stay feel welcomed
