Location close to Union metro was excellent. It was so easy to get to downtown or the airport or the old town with the Nol card and avoided the traffic. I was very pleased with my choice and would stay here again. I liked being able to open my window to listen to the music and liveliness from the nearby market, or close it to be quiet. Smiley welcome from the front desk after a long flight (Bloshca Nandar). All the staff were so helpful. Lifts/elevators were quick - I never had to wait. Water provided every day. Breakfast buffet was substantial and had a great range of food including fresh tasty omelette.

I had an issue with my room being cold however the staff were great - offered me an alternative but an additional bed cover was enough. The shower flooded the bathroom as the grouting round the bath needed attention. The rooms could benefit from a little makeover - fridge was noisy.

Big room, Wi-Fi and aircon works well, staff is very attentive and polite, clean. Beds are comfortable, sheets are clean, everyday room cleaning. Available subterrain parking, free of charge.

The rooms are dated, some visible wear signs, very pregnant mold smell, most of the electrical plugs are not standard, are G type with round pins, hard to find adaptors. Some issues with entry cards, the TV remote was malfunctioning, no mini-bar. The breakfast is poor, no prepared coffee, only instant self preparation, a long line for omelets and so on. Nearby is an amusement park, very noisy, and the soundproofing is not so good.

We occupied 3 rooms 211, 213 and 207 in the hotel. Hotel was value for money. The location was ideal, close to "Union" Metro station (5 minutes walking distance) and well connected to all the places. Burj All Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, Downtown, all were within 20 minutes via Tube. One of the Staff member called "Mujtaba" was super helpful and has guided us number of things about travel routes, visiting places, restaurants etc. He was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, Internet was good. I would defineitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

the rooms were amazing, the location very suitable for us, and quite a clean environment outside the hotel....the reception was very friendly through their staff Mr. Collins and Mr. Hasnain at the concierge and Ms. Rania and Ms. Bloshca were very kind in receiving our family and especially accommodating an aged member of our family, thank you!! In our next visit we were surprised with an upgrade to an executive suite which was an amazing room with a separate sitting area....very comfortable

Taxis are bit difficult to get from here, you may need to walk to the main road which isnt very far though...the corridors may need a bit of cleaning and perfuming

Great working facilities with AC, clean rooms. Big rooms and nice swimming pool on top floor. Very nice indoor environment. The staff was super friendly and helpful and came with help immediately when we needed. There was water leaking from the bathroom roof which they fixed immediately. They did not have any problem with late check ins. The staff were always there and helpful whenever we said if there was anything needed.

The gym was a bit out of the date and old with many old and broken machines. But other than that the hotel was so awesome and great and clean and nice

The staff Bloshca and Tharni at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The house keeping guy- Huzair took extreme care while cleaning the room and making sure all my personal belongings were untouched. The location was very near to the Union metro station, hence was pretty good in terms of connectivity. The breakfast was delicious and was a mix of almost all cuisines.

The hotel is bit old, hence the furniture is pretty outdated. Even the TV is pretty old and for the long stays, you need some more TV channels to be there. Many a times you will get cigarette smoking smells in the lobby despite rooms being non-smoking. The AC is kind of OK.

Great Hotel with a great ratio quality/price. Stuff very nice and fast in replying to my request. A special team with the reception team very nice and kind (also to my baby girl), they all three made me feel as I was at home. A special thanks to Miss Blashca Nanday for her quick support in assisiting us with the needs of the baby

breakfast. Quality of the food is good but I wish more Western option. The egg corner is bery nice but, make yourself and your cloths smelling as fried oil, after breakfast.

I would like to share my opinion about this beautiful hotel. It was an excellent stay for three days. The room was very clean and had a great view of the city. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. I would like to thank Mr. Salah, Mrs. Balucha, Mrs. Nandar and Mrs. Pallavi for their wonderful cooperation in all aspects. Thank you very much Landmark Grand Hotel staff. I will stay there again in the future.

Nothing everything was perfect

I Like all the hospitality that they gave for me all staff are very kind Starting From night Shift Managere Then the reception Mr Collin , Mr Omar , Ms Borcha ,and also there are two reception that I don't now there name. the night shift security Mr Habass and the last one is the house kipping Mr Uzair they are to many thing's to say about them . But Finaly to stay @ Land Mark Grand Hotel for me it's Like To Be At Home With Family !!!
