Excellent Stay at Pearl Swiss Hotel! I had a wonderful experience at Pearl Swiss Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Genly at the reception, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. She made check-in smooth and was always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Special thanks to Ahtisham from housekeeping, who did an amazing job every day. He was polite, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect during my stay. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I highly recommend Pearl Swiss Hotel and will definitely return on my next visit!

It was indeed a good place to stay, especially if you just want to relax and be alone for a while. And all the staff are very accommodating. Especially the housekeeping staff Mr. Ahtisham, very kind hearted. And very easy to talk to. And he cleans very well, all my requests he got it right and very fast.

The food in the breakfast buffet everything is not good and not cooked well all the breads are already cold and hard... and no other choices for food.... and no taste at all. Nothing new it's a boring selection of buffet.

The staff are very nice and welcoming. The concierge assisted us both upon arrival and departure, making the experience seamless. The receptionist, Jen, kindly gave my daughter a stuffed toy that another guest had gifted her—a truly sweet and thoughtful gesture. The room was very clean and well-kept. I had requested some necessities in advance, and to my pleasant surprise, everything was perfectly prepared before our arrival.

We stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the AC wasn’t cold, and I ended up sweating both nights. I didn’t complain during the stay—maybe if I had, they would have done something about it 😊. Another issue was the towels 😭🥹 most of them seemed overused and could really use replacing. The TV also didn’t have YouTube, which is just a minor issue, but it would have been a big help for a mom like me traveling with a daughter who loves watching YouTube 😅 The pool was not clean and no lifeguard around.

The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street, and close to underground station. Very helpful, caring, and friendly staff. We booked just a twin room but were placed in a quiet, spacious, very comfortable, and clean suite. The carpet in the hallway was vacuumed right away upon my request. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were wonderful. A taxi to the airport that was arranged on reception was much cheaper than a taxi via local cell phone application we used to get to the hotel from the same SHJ airport.

I expected a better coffee for breakfast. I was assured it will be fixed next morning but we had other breakfast plans for the rest of our stay.

The food was so delicious and the service was really great, too!” especially chicken curry was so amazing then I asks the waiter please I want too know the recipe and they call the chef in restaurant he give me his recipe in my life I was stay in more then 1500 hotels I naver had this kind of delicious food insha'Allah I will bring my family too join the dinner in pearl Swiss the management has too thankful cause you have sach a champ staff especially thanks to (chef Adil .. puspa ... Krishna...and Uttam ) i well pray with God I want too see you on big stage thankyou guys for making my stay wonderful 😊😊

my 1st time at PEARLSWISS HOTEL i have seen it a lot of times with excellent feedback, so I decided to give it a try, 1. location - in the middle of rigga st very near to the metro, restaurant, and jogging area 2. facility is very good, very clean, towels smells clean, my bed is great (one downside AC, its like the north pole) 3. Staff - very well trained Thanks to the Reception staff, bell man, and whoever cleans my room every day. thank you over all its a great stay HIGHLY RECOMMENDED will surely comeback.

My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured the room was spotless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water. I would like to thanks to Pervez Ali in charge of housekeeping and his team who make my stay comfortable. The hotel's location is also excellent—centrally situated with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel offers a peaceful, quiet environment ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, Pearl Swiss Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and colleagues.

I like the location because it's closer to Algurair Mall. I used to do all my shopping there. All the staff are so nice.. and it's near the Union metro station too.

I don't like the breakfast, it's mostly all Indian food. I paid for a Deluxe double room which is very large and spacious . There's two people so it's supposed to have two bedside tables but unfortunately only was available. Even I asked for a second one they said they don't have. No floor carpet. I was with my sister on that trip so she got very disappointed and said that she will never return to this hotel again.

Its a great hotel who cares about the Guest comfort and provide best service. The good part is that the location is amazing and nearby street, Al Rigga road is amazing with lot of Restaurant and shopping as well as Nearby metro station, though 2 metro station are nearby Union and Al Rigga metro station which is the most amazing part for the location. Rooms are clean and service is amazing specially the Housekeeping ( Aithisham) very decent man , did his work with dedication, may Allah bless him and give more.
