All staff were hospitable, kind and welcoming. They're easy to talk to whenever you needed something. Hotel check-in and out are also flexible. The room is neat and quiet. Overall the hotel is outstanding. Location-wise and is very recommended for travelling folks coming from the airport. Metro is also a 4min walk away from the hotel.

The hotel has two exits: one to the metro side, the other to with many cafes and restaurants, super great location. 15 minutes' walk to the 200 meters to the metro station. The hotel staff is always smiling and ready to help, the food is delicious, the service is 10/10, the beds are also comfortable and you will find all the necessary bathroom hygiene tools. I recommend it!

Honnestly the breakfast was great and the location was perfect for a business trip and vacation. All the boutiques are around the hotel and restaurants are around in any time to can eat what you want. I really appreciated the room service, security body and above all a very kind manager with kind counter agent. Wish to see you soon.

What I didn't like is that everyday we must ask codes for wifi. I would like it to be direct once you in the hotel.
