Very good personal , very helpful. I stay in this hotel every time I come to Dubai because the hotel offer me a lot of help by receiving my courier while I'm still not yet arrived. Rooms very clean, no insects, very good room service. Good people in reception and security. Also, the breakfast was amazing even the staff all friendly room, bed and excellent restaurant, great team, pleasant environment and variety of restaurants and beautiful gym and big plus fantastic stay paradise Hotel all the staff or helpful and welcoming and reception housekeeping is very helpful. Everything except exceptional. Rome was amazing with one of the best and attentive staff. Our stay much more enjoyable with their incredible and quick service.

I've had a great stay and I really appreciate the good treatment and the first service and I like the smiles on three face is made me feel like me more than welcomed. It was really fun and so so exciting and the food was great I love the generally we were lucky enough to catch good weather so even when we walk to the different location in the resort it was very enjoyable the variety of facilities was also very nice we tried different restaurant and one of the things we like the most was that since we were a group of adults it was nice to have an adult only pool

All staff were hospitable, kind and welcoming. They're easy to talk to whenever you needed something. Hotel check-in and out are also flexible. The room is neat and quiet. Overall the hotel is outstanding. Location-wise and is very recommended for travelling folks coming from the airport. Metro is also a 4min walk away from the hotel.
