The room was very clean and sufficient for a comfortable stay. The bed was super clean and extremely comfortable, which I really appreciated, especially since I had noted my preference for cleanliness. The location is fantastic—just a 1-2 minute walk to the metro station, making it very convenient. However, the only downside was the carpet, which was quite dirty and could use better maintenance.

Location is by far the best thing about this place as it’s just walking distance to the metro station and there are lots of good restaurants.

As mentioned from other people, the carpet in the room was really dirty and stained so bring your slippers with you. It wasn’t noisy as well and we slept well. I also hope that staffs are more proactive when it comes to guest questions pre arrival.

This is my third time to stay in Al Sarab. The staff has outstanding customer service skills. I would mention in this respect Mr. Sayed, the Manager, who has exceptional customer service. I would mention Nicole, in the reception, who is very helpful and prompt and Dinesh, in the room service, who is very professional. The professionalism of the staff and customer service level made me a returning customer to the hotel.

Sometimes, some noise is coming from the night clubs downstairs. However, it depends on the room place. some rooms are better than others in this respect.

I liked the fact the room was spacious and had a very good view ! It was close to the metro which I liked very much and made my movement fast easy and stress free ! Aldi just a hyper market just by the corner which was great the hotel helped me weigh my bag before I left for the airport !! The cleaners where so warm and friendly in all I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again

Everything was really perfect, the location, the room and the area as well.

The only comment is that the hotel security had to come to me twice while waiting at the lift to ask me who I was , which isn't very professional.One of them didn't really have a good attitude.

This is a beautiful property in a great and convenient location. An impressive and very pleasant memory - when leaving the hotel, I forgot important personal things in the room - the attentive staff saw it in time and immediately called me - I managed to return and pick it up. Therefore, I sincerely recommend this hotel, which has a wonderful and attentive staff!

The hotel is organizing parties every night. Plus there can be seen some escort girls which is not pleasant especially if you are coming with kids/family. Even being on 7th floor you could hear the music from the ground area. I got a call at 2 am from someone offering me thai massage. I had to switch off the hotel phone during the nights.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Always there to help Housekeeping team is excellent. Very neat and clean hotel. 2 mins walk to the metro and near by eateries
