The staff were exceptional and friendly. Special thanks to Saleh at the front office and Ismail (I think) who made sure our rooms were cleaned on time and all our endless requests were fulfilled immediately. The front desk staff were always smiling and welcoming and ready to help. The proximity of the hotel to all other facilities i.e eateries, transport, supermarkets and pharmacies was very good for us.

- While the breakfast was good, it would be good to consider making it less spicy for those who don't particularly like spices. The children were unable to eat what they wanted because of that. - It would also be good to consider different menus as opposed to sticking to the same (with minor) changes. Having the same menu all through the week gets boring. - Something should be done about the loud music and rowdiness from the disco downstairs. Luckily we were always zonked out after a day of touring but sometimes the music would wake us up at 2am.

A very special thank you goes to Ms. Khadija and Ms. Venkat, whose support and dedication made my stay truly memorable. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality were above and beyond. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with room arrangements, providing local tips, or just checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I visited this place with my friend, and to be honest, I was really curious about it before arriving. But once I got here, I was completely amazed—it exceeded my expectations! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. A special thanks to Mr. Dilum, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and such a cool person. Also, Mr. Prabudda at the reception was equally amazing, making us feel truly welcome. The room service was superb as well—everything was well taken care of. Thank you, guys, for making our stay so enjoyable! Looking forward to visiting again.

Customer service was excellent. Individuals like Saleh were so amazing. It was a great memory! The morning breakfast was superb with the fellow coming on time with big smile...great. The front desk were amazing with great professionalism and interest to help me always. I will enthusiastically recommend for anyone who want to great vacation in Dubai. The hotel transport affiliated unit lead by Saed was great. The driver i had the whole time, Mr Faizen is exceptional and truest brother who made my stay memorable. Excellent Hotel. A real value for money. The staff especially Mr Saleh and Mrs Wissal and also One Indian guy on evening duty were very kind and helpful. They helped in making my stay and my check in process very smooth and easy. The overall experience was great. Rooms are neat and clean, wifi is high speed and the breakfast served in your room is excellent and very filling. Perfect to start your day and keep you energized for the day.

Location couldve better but since its an 8 Minute walk to Al Rigga station and its located near a bunch of supermarkets and restaurants (Try Wejdan Restaurant!), I cannot complain although maybe families wont enjoy the location as much since there were also Bars in the hotel...

The room was cozy, cool, and secure. Amenities were decent. The bed was soft, well made, and quite comfortable.

There were some drainage issues when i took bath. The phone was not working due to some renovations going on nearby. There was no soap tray in the shower stall to keep the soap or shampoo during my shower. The TV connection was too grainy and looked like a piggyback connection at best. The clientele of the hotel turns a lot shadier at sundown. The front office staff is a mixture of semi-professionals and amateurs. Any auxiliary staff seems to have the access to the front office procedures.

the location, the hotel, the room, the staff, the reception, everything was good pleasant and excellent.

the central air condition is bit noisy. some rooms have a door separating the other room. so the other room noise, music, snoring may effect some people though it didn't affect us much. there is no free parking. but private parking available nearby for 50aed/day. some distant parking available at 20aed/day also (we didn't try this)

Cheap price for short stay. Asian food is available nearby. Train was just 10 minutes walk away. 20 minutes drive away from the airport. Staff was very cooperative and nice. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and was available on first request.

The place is good. It appears the reception is under construction and you may seem lost on arriving. However rooms are very good, spacious and cleaned on everyday basis. Staff are very friendly. They allowed me to check in early at a fee but I appreciated this. The lady reception manager as I understand was amazing. Breakfast was good and internet was strong throughout my 3 nights stay.
