My recent stay at Al Bandar Rotana by Arjaan on the Creek was wonderful, and I’d like to commend the staff for making it extra special. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the reception team, especially Abdul Rahman who went out of his way to ensure our check-in was smooth and efficient. We arrived early and requested an early check-in, and while there was a small charge for the upgrade, it was absolutely worth it, as it allowed us to settle in and start enjoying the amenities right away. I also want to mention Rajan from the concierge team, who provided us with helpful tips for navigating the area and arranged our transportation efficiently. The hotel has a smaller pool, which was perfect for a quick, refreshing swim, though it might feel a bit limited if you’re looking for a large pool area. Al Bandar Rotana is situated about a 20 to 30 -minute drive from downtown, so plan on some travel time if you're planning to explore that area. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot if you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay with attentive service by the Creek.

Some things weren’t cleaned properly. I returned to my (non smoke) room and smelled smoking in the toilet which I don’t understand.

The food was incredible, with a variety of delicious options that left no room for disappointment. Every meal felt like a special experience, full of flavour and care. The rooftop swimming pool was also perfect, offering the most amazing views of the city skyline. It was the ideal spot to relax and take in Dubai's iconic scenery. The location is unbeatable as well, situated right on Dubai Creek, making it easy to explore the city while avoiding the brunt of the traffic. Al Bandar Arjaan perfectly blends comfort, service, and luxury. Looking forward to returning and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional experience in Dubai!

We stayed here 2 weeks ago and loved the suite and the whole experience of this hotel . I booked again for our return stop over and the check in was poor. Ahmad on reception was exceptional but let down by the fact that although we'd booked a no smoking suite there was only one available and it smelt of smoke. He offered us an upgrade to a one bedroom suite but this was a smoking one and smelt stronglyof smoke. Why this hotel doesn't become totally non smoking is unfathomable. After a good long delay while Ahmad tried to find us something non smoking we agreed to take a hotel room. Disappointing as we'd booked the suite to get kitchen facilities. The room was top quality and we enjoyed the hotel but the smoking situation with room availability didn't help anyone. Staff were all very good and helpful and the facilities were fantastic.

Why in the 21st century is smoking even allowed in any room especially given that the air con is communal so the smell spreads. We booked a non smoking suite so one should have been available when we arrived at 3pm

The room was very clean, furniture was modern, the apartment in overall is amazing especially the bathtub The apartment soundproof is really good as it was a very quiet stay Would defiantly stay again with my family. The staff provided us with baby crib for our 10 month baby that was good quality The staff were very welcoming and always welcomed us with a smile and ready to help The breakfast was really good, everything was clean, with great quiet atmosphere which is relaxing

There was no tissues provided in the apartment and when we asked them then provided us with only one small tissue. It’s one bedroom apartment that we stayed in and one tissue is not enough, we had to call again. This small incident did not affect our stay for sure.

Very friendly staff and generous size room. This Hotel is in the 'old' Dubai district so away from the busy and noisy expressway that runs in front of the Hotels near Dubai Mall, etc. We appreciated the quietness and relaxed feel when walking around outside of the Hotel. Very nice to sit on the roof top over looking the creek, particularly at night. A water view, without the price tag of other Hotels.

It is in the old district, so is some distance from the inner city across the creek. What we didn't know is that the yellow taxis are half the price of the Hotel offered black car taxi. We also used the MTR which was very cheap and easy to use.

The view from the pool is superb. Love the use of technology overall and it’s practical. The lighting system in room is brilliant. From check in to entry into the king studio. Very clean and spacious room. Lovely facilities. Hooray, gym changing room with swim suit water reducer.

Didn’t like swivel chair especially on the hard floor as it wanted to roll away as you tried to sit down. Location not great if you like walking to shops/eateries. No washing up liquid and other cleaning products, especially if there is a Kitchen. USB ports hidden behind the TV. Soap dispenser in shower awkward. Bed was too firm for me. Pool was always busy and needs to be bigger to accommodate demand.

The pictures in the website matched the rooms exactly. The location of the hotel was very good with some near by coffee shops and shopping area. The lobby boys and staff at the reception were friendly at all times. Special mention to one of the staff - Mr. Binoy who was very good when we visit the longue bar.

The rooms interiors have become old and requires some polish. The water exit in both the bathrooms were very slow. I think they require some maintainance.

Very nice place with great facilities and confortable accommodation. Special thanks to front desk represent. especially Ms. Hanadi (she fixed & upgraded my booking and my friend’s too). Also special thanks to Mr. A’rahman (he helped me to keep my lost phone till next time).
