Staff,including but not limited to reception,concierge and cleaning were friendly and efficient.Cleanliness of rooms,especially bathrooms,needs mention.I will stay here again.

The restaurant and kitchen,especially the food quality,did leave alot to be desired.Had to dine out for most of my stay.A 4 Star hotel deserves better food quality.

Rooms are very spacious , completely new hotel , amazing room decor .. very generous staff .. huge pool at the roof top ..great location near to mall and restaurants

Its a very nice Hotel, good located in Deira. Receptionist Mrs. Haidee was very helpfull and very nice. Special thanks to Mrs. MAY. During my stay before and my last stay in this Hotel she always did a great job and helped in any request with her beautifull smile. Thank you all guys. Hopefully see again. By the way price and performance of the Hotel is very good. Clean and as described nice and helpfull staff.

Location and room were spacious

The staff was very good except for the two ladies at the reception May and Haidee were very rude and arrogant. They should go back to the school to learn it again.

I had an amazing stay at Best Western Premier M Four Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to suite, which made my experience even better. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed and has all the basic needs that I need. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient with easy access to metro station, supermarkets, mall and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again.

Amazing staff especially the 2 philippine ladies on the day shift has assisted us very good with our needs. Will definitely booking again when we will be visiting dubai again They are very accessible to all and alot of supermarket and restaurant around However we did not like the following 1. We only ate breakfast food once between our 5 day stay. It is nice to have a buffet breakfast however very limited choices and the food choices is not that great 2. We called several times on some other days to clean our room from the reception ( male staff is on duty that time) nobody came into our room to clean. We feel the male staff are very picky on the guest who will they assist. It seems some of our request are being ignored.Perhaps the male staff needed more training on hospitality Overall . We had a good stay on the hotel and and will definitely coming back again and highly recommended

The hotel is in a good location, close to metro so other locations are easily accessible. Room service is on point and the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. Santosh, who is the housekeeper/room attendant is a stand out figure to this hotel. He is passionate, caring and an asset to this hotel. Along with his colleague Dilan. The room is a great size. Nice and spacious, with the bed being extra comfy. No complaints at all and I’ll definitely be staying here again during my next trip

Although everything I requested was on demand and quickly at my service, I would prefer having an iron in the room rather than requesting for it

Kindly note that the first floor may not be suitable for non-smokers, especially those with young children. There is a persistent smell of smoke and a high level of noise. If you are a non-smoker or traveling with a baby, it is recommended to request a room on a different floor.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, it was pleasant to be in this room. It had a lot of things and the design was great. The location is truly the best - two metro stations are very close, both red and green lines, the Union bus station is also very close, where it's possible to go to Global Village just in 20 minutes, Baniyas Marine Transport Station is also just a walking distance away that can take you to the old town by boat and the boat ride is spectacular. Moreover, when you get out of the hotel, you can see the Burj khalifa together with the Dubai Frame. And there is a mosque in front of this view. Astonishing. I also loved the swimming pool at the rooftop. Dubai international airport is super close, it's easy and fast to take a bus there from the hotel.

The lady at the reception named Haide didn't understand English well and she was not very professional. However, the Indian man from the reception was helpful! The beds need a more thorough cleaning.
